They put me on a floor that was under construction. They were hammering and drilling on an adjoining wall while I was trying to sleep. My fire exits were mostly blocked especially the nearest one and I tripped on old carpet and things that were placed in front of my door. I should receive a full refund.

This place was a mistake. I checked in to a contentious clerk that was not happy I was not finding my ID in my wallet fast enough for him. The room he gave me had a stained comforter and dirty sheets. The entire second floor had piles of garbage to walk around. The second room was fine and as expected. I went to the gym for a run in the morning. It was storage for more construction junk. The front desk lady pointed out it was being remodeled and I could go to Planet Fitness on my own dime. I’ll be happy to head back to Super 8 next time I am in Fond Du Lac.

The room was really small. The hotel lobby was full of clutter and then room I was in the shower was so noisy it sound like the showerhead was about to come off and hit me. The heat barely worked and for the price I paid was ridiculous.

Room had a molded fridge inside room, no hair dryer as advertised as it was "stolen from previous guest". Then found an unknown white crystalized substance inside my room that housekeeping appeared to miss. Manager promised prorated refund that was never honored, and it seems their auto solution is to switch rooms when both of those incidents were in two separate rooms/separate stays. It is the cheapest in the area for a reason. I have documentation of all incidents including photos.

Charges when we didn’t even stay. I could understand some charge but full price is a little ridiculous besides when we showed up it was very messy on the outside so we turned around and went somewhere else
