Reasonably priced and comfortable

Convenient location for my needs, very good reasonably priced restaurant but only open Monday to Thursday. Nice swimming pool in the summer months. Walking distance to the tram into Grenoble.

The staff is friendly and accomodating. The hotel is also biker friendly. I did appreciate the night receptionist keeping an eye out for the motorcylces parked for the night

We dislike the smell in the room when we first entered into the room. Highly likely someone was smoking inside. We changed to another room and the smell is still not very pleasant. Our room was not being cleaned when we back at late night time. No cleaning service was available and turned out we have to reuse the bath and floor towels which were not fully dried.

Nothing - arrived 1/6/2019 @ 17:30 no restaurant - no bar - no swimming pool - not what the facilities quotes the have got up Sunday no breakfast - we were a group of motorcyclists had traveled for over 5 hours to get to hotel & nothing even restaurant down road was shut

You get what you pay for

It was a special deal on Expedia's website, but due to the location it was no deal. Room was ok, but hallways were shabby, and dim and dark. Location of the place is horrible, smack dab in the middle of an industrial trucking area and RIGHT next to the freeway.

1h pour obtenir la chambre ( j’ai effectivement fait une rĂ©servation tardive Ă  22h en prĂ©venant que j’arrivais Ă  1h du matin en hiver, je l’ai choie pour sa rĂ©ception 24/24) et une chambre non chauffĂ©e Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ( je suppose que cela vient du fait que la semaine d’avant l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait fermĂ© mais avec les tempĂ©ratures nĂ©gatives c’était quelque chose (nous avons dormi Ă  4 habillĂ©s dans le mĂȘme lit). Le chauffage a Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  notre arrivĂ©e il a rĂ©gulĂ©e Ă  8:00. Bug sur les cartes de chambre de l’hotel ( difficultĂ©s Ă  retourner rĂ©cupĂ©rer nos affaires). TrĂšs bon petit dĂ©jeuner. Je pense que nous avons eu de la malchance et qu’en temps normal c’est mieux.

Je trouve cet hĂŽtel que tout est impeccable. De mĂ©moire, il y a eu un coup de rafraĂźchissement sur les Chambre juste pour moi mais selon les besoins de chacun je trouve la literie un peu dure. Le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able et les chambres et l’établissement sont trĂšs propre.
