Chalet Hameau de Comborciere - Station La Toussuire

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you to discover this magnificent chalet in Fontcouverte-la-Toussuire, ideally located with a breathtaking view of the mountains and just a few steps from the ski resort. With a surface area of 88 m², it can accommodate up to 9 travellers in warm, comfortable surroundings. Enjoy a spacious 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three welcoming bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower.

The chalet is composed as follows:
First floor
- Entrance hall with ski closet for added convenience
- Cosy bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room: shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit and WC

Second floor
- Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a pleasant stay: kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 27 m² living room with TV, comfortable armchairs and dining table for convivial moments
- Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and boiler

Second floor
- Bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2) and two single beds (can be made into a double bed)
- Bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a double or a double and a single bed)
- Landing with reading area, ideal for relaxing or accommodating an extra person
- Modern bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit and WC

The following additional equipment is also available: high chair, ironing board and iron.

Exterior
The chalet has two south-facing balconies:
- 1st floor balcony: 4.89 m²
- 2nd floor balcony, 4.89 m²

Each balcony is furnished with a table, four chairs and four deckchairs to enjoy the sun and the view.

This chalet is part of a charming chalet complex. Depending on snow conditions, you can ski right from the front door. You'll also enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, including the famous Aiguilles d'Arves. All shops are located in the heart of the resort, accessible on foot or via the free regular shuttle bus.

Activities :
La Toussuire ski resort is part of the Les Sybelles ski area. A beautiful ski area with breathtaking views of the Aiguilles d'Arves. Close to the major Alpine passes (Galibier, Croix de Fer, Madeleine).

Transportation:
The chalet has two private outdoor parking spaces, offering convenient, secure access.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Snow front 3 minutes away on skis or via the free shuttle bus 100 m away
- Ski back to the chalet from the “Comborcière” or “Renard” blue runs
- Access by car, train (Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne TGV station + shuttle) or from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
