Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The landlord has access to the terrace, but he does not use it in summer and does not bother us. The landlord's entrance door is at the back of the house, so it is completely separate. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
