-----THE LOCATION-----
Perfectly situated, we are just a short drive to the Russian River and Steelhead Beach, known as the starting point for unforgettable river adventures. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Forestville, you’ll discover charming local stores, restaurants, bakeries and artisan ice cream shops. Venture a little further—15-20 minutes—and you’ll find yourself in the vibrant hubs of Guerneville and Healdsburg, where additional cafes, shops, and culinary delights await. As you explore the region, immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of rolling vineyard-covered hills, ancient redwood forests, and quaint, welcoming towns. Abundant wildlife, serene landscapes, and the timeless charm of the Russian River create a picturesque backdrop for every moment of your stay.

Step into an open-concept living space that radiates warmth and serenity. With soaring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light, this is a space designed for both relaxation and socializing. Sink into the designer sofa, perfect for cozy movie nights on the 65" smart T.V. (just bring your own streaming logins and remember to log out after your stay). The fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, complete with all the essentials including a coffee machine, hot water pot, toaster, blender and microwave. There is plenty of seating at the 6-person dining table and kitchen island. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom holds two twin beds and plenty of storage space in the closet and dresser.

-----PRIVATE BONUS ROOM-----
Across the patio and detached from the main house is a small guest cabin which is shown as a "Game Room" in the pictures. The space offers a TV which can be hooked up to a gaming console as well as a half bath.

-----OUTSIDE PATIO-----
On the patio you will find a luxurious hot tub that fits up to 5 people, perfect for unwinding at the end of a day. A large umbrella stands next to the hot tub to protect against sun and rain. Outside you will also find a propane fire pit with seats all around and several tables and sitting areas scattered about. Around the back of the house, there is a hammock, perfect for an afternoon nap or quiet moments of reflection. The premises is fully fenced.

Thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the home, the bathrooms are a testament to convenience and privacy. The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the second bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, across from the second bedroom. The hallway bathroom features a soaking tub, offering the perfect sanctuary to unwind.

Stay perfectly comfortable year-round with our mini-split heating and cooling system which creates cool air on warm summer days and cozy warmth on chilly winter nights. Additionally, each bedroom has individual heaters so everyone can create their ideal sleeping environment.

The premises comes with 2 parking spaces in front of the house, and an additional spot across the street.

Travel with ease! Our convenient in-home laundry facilities are at your disposal, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress-free stay.
