Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 90 m² house in Formiguères, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive living room (with fireplace, wood supplied at extra cost), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 15 m² garden. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
1st floor:
- A living room with TV, uparkn sofa bed, fireplace (wood not supplied, may be requested at extra cost)
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Separate WC

2nd level:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Enclosed garden
- A 15m² south-facing terrace on the 1st level, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Hiking on the Capcir plateau and surrounding lakes such as Les Lacs des Camporells at the foot of the Massif du Carlit and many others.
- Skiing, the village is a downhill ski resort 10 minutes away by car or free shuttle bus stopping 50m from the house.
- MOUNTAIN BIKING

Transport:
- You can park directly in the garage and private parking of the house

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The fireplace is functional, wood can be supplied at extra cost.
- Pets accepted on request, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
