Elevators kept breaking down. FYI breakfast is NOT complimentary. There’s no signs to tell you that, or to tell the cost. It was set up buffet style- with a sign that had breakfast times. We grabbed plates & sat down with breakfast…. Then were asked if we wanted to add those meals to our room….. I still have no idea how much this cost us.

Nice... but plenty of issues.

Our checkin time was 3pm....finally got our room 4:30pm. Wasted an hour and a half of our time to get a room. On top of that our group got stuck in the elevator twice. We were given an excuse thar thereare elevayor problems all over Fort Collins. Horrible excuse. Should have at least offered drinks or free night stay.

My family would definitely stay here again! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean lobby, pool area, and room!

Bad TV

The stay was fine with the exception of the TV by the bed kept rebooting the direct tv connection. Quite annoying. We did not call the office as we had already gotten into our might clothes when we had the trouble.

Third floor elevator down button broke, got stuck in elevator, hot tub not working properly was cool and no jets. Staff not very helpful. Message light blinked on phone all night even though no messages. Not a great stay. And $5 orange juice when most hotels have free continental breakfast. Very disappointed. First time at a Cambria. Most likely won’t be back.

Very nice large room. Like the layout and separation between living area and sleeping. However the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Also, the staff could be a little friendlier and more helpful.
