Well, you’ll get your steps in

I had requested a special needs room as my 85 year old mother who uses a walker was with me. Instead we got a room down a very long hall, far from the elevator that had no accommodations for her whatsoever. When I brought my concerns to the front desk they offered a room down another Long hall, far from the lobby but by a back door. We will never stay here again when visiting family.

The only real complaint i have is, we could twll the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was nasty dried long hairs on the one shower wall. Nasty.

The shower head was plugged up ,toilet seat was loose and the arms on the only chair was very loose. I didn't realize that when I made the booking that the shower and the sink areas were in to separate rooms very inconvenient when you have to share a room with a relative.

Parking is $55/day. No thanks. Incidental hold is $250. I didn’t pay that for my room! I have never been charged an incidental fee that high, even at luxury hotels. We were given a sheet of amenities available, but it only had hours of dining operations. We were placed in an ADA room without being asked or informed. They were switching out TVs and said that service would begin at 1000 and our room may or may not be affected. Nope. You can change the TV out on empty rooms after check out. I paid for a private room to change and shower in and routine maintenance is something you should build into your schedule, not the customer’s. The staff was very nice, especially the valet.
