Welcome to the Maynard House near CSU!



We've just completed renovations for this home in December, 2025! You can't beat the location of this home with CSU .3 miles away, plenty of nearby restaurants, Starbucks around the corner, and 1.5 miles to Old Town.





Exterior Layout:

Parking: Driveway shared with the neighboring unit. The two spots to the right (East) belong to this unit.

Courtyard: Freshly landscaped with rocks surrounding a grassy oval tucked back on the property for privacy

Plenty of lawn furniture for relaxing on the back patio or in front of the home. This is shared with the neighboring unit as well.



Interior Layout:

Entrance: Front door with smart lock.

Opens to the living room with plenty of seating on the left and a dining area to the right. Continue ahead to find the fully stocked kitchen.

Past the kitchen and to the left is the first bedroom with a luxury queen bed. Just down the hallway you'll find the additional two bedrooms with queen beds and the full bathroom.
