Room floor cracked & split in many spots , not a single cup /glass in room .shower base leaked into bathroom floor .was not expecting this having paid $275 for room ! The staff is very nice , particularly Kim . Breakfast buffet is pretty good . One place to dine that’s a bit of a walk on a busy highway with no sidewalks. Not easy to navigate . Waited 40 mins for van from airport , then he passed us by ! Ended up taking an Uber

Staff is great and accommodating. Breakfast is limited variety is minimal compared to other hotels. Absolutely nowhere to walk to eat around there. Either take a ride share or order out for delivery. Rooms are small but space is well used.

This hotel--lobby/breakfast/check in as well as the rooms--is small. If you need space you will not be comfortable. Our bathroom was not very clean. Beds were comfortable, location convenient to what we needed. The breakfast is generic but not as good as most of that generic sort. Very extensive for what you get. Also, check airport shuttle times. I was surprised to find out we couldn't use it because it doesn't start until 8a.m.

Not sure where the miscommunication was between the hotel and Ticketmaster as the process was delayed up to an hour. Ticketmaster finally contacted the hotel to ensure I was given the rate I paid for. Hotel staff very accommodating all the way around.

This is a loaded question. The people at the hotel tried really hard, BUT they need more staff. They need more informed staff. There are problems with the hotel that could be fixed\changed, with little or no effort. For example, at check in, the gentleman at the front desk didn’t know when check in was (ie he didn’t know when the room would be ready- which is ok, but the hotel should have a defined time, ie 3:00). There is not enough room to leave your luggage (ie no dedicated luggage room before check-in), there are no luggage tags, and the luggage just sits beside and behind the front desk, with no one necessarily monitoring it. Rather than being accommodating in offering to take it, I was told “there is no room for it”. I easily found room. The room was very basic. The hallways could use a vacuuming. Again, I attribute this to a shortage of staff. Not enough seating for the guests for breakfast. The pool didn’t have enough seating. To fix these things isn’t a huge deal, but I suppose if the hotel were to do that the prices might go up. I would rather have the extra amenities and pay a slightly higher rate.

Breakfast was ok. Staff at check-in was great. Only complaint I have is that we arrived at 11 and when I called hotel for airport pickup they said they don’t do pickups until 2!!

Hotel is tucked away close to the airport. It’s relatively small and the ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Staff was friendly and did their best. Rooms were not super clean but nothing super disgusting. Does the trick if your just staying a night or two
