BEWARE
If you only look straight ahead from the deck it is a beautiful view. otherwise the actual building is in a state of disrepair. The trash wasn’t cleaned up around the property. I have never stayed at a place that was this rundown. the inside is ok - tired. The pool that is associated with this property is not well taken care of. There was very loud drilling going on which we were not made aware of prior to booking. apparently everyone else was made aware of this that stayed in the hotel. We booked this for peace and quiet and it was definitely not. the property manager was not helpful. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Vacation Nightmare ft. COCKROACHES - DON'T STAY HERE!!!
The property is in complete disarray as workers from various trades rush to fix "structural problems" identified by the municipality. Garbage, equipment, scaffolding, ladders are strewn everywhere with no concern for safety except for the occasional piece of 'caution' tape. My husband even moved our car twice once we noticed hazards around us that may fall during the storm. We saw no other guests at the property during our first 24 hours there but noticed many other parking lots of resorts nearby were filled up. Our first night was spent indoors waiting out the unexpected storm with extremely heavy winds and rain. No one checked on us nor came by to ensure items on the rooftop patio were secured. I spent our first night worried that the stone patio umbrella holder would come crashing through the patio door. In the morning, again there were no staff to be found and no check ins from the property manager. We cleaned up what we could on the deck and noticed pieces of the roofing were all over the ground. That evening came the cockroaches. We spotted at least six coming and going through a small hole in the ceiling of the living/dining area. Property manager was incredibly unresponsive. We moved 200 m down the street where we were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacation in a safe, comfortable space. This place may have been a gem in the past but it is now a nightmare. I simply cannot believe the recent 5 star reviews on this place - don't risk it!!

Great vacation spot
Beach…groomed daily and not packed w/ people Deck…super spacious and nice when u want a break from the beach! LR…comfy sofas Kitchen…great space Bathrooms…shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers were a nice surprise Bedrooms…could use some better pillows! Location….just a few blocks from a great lil downtown area w/ lots of restaurants Quick responses and resolution from mgmt company when it came to TV issues. We’ll be back!

Our second time back and it was wonderful. Place was clean beds are comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. Deck is our favorite spot. Catherine is amazing with responsiveness on everything from questions to keeping us informed on everything. If we could only have stayed forever Felt like home from the minute we entered this beautiful home on the beach. We hope to be back soon

We had an amazing time and made great memories at Catherine’s spot. You can’t go wrong if you book this property. It’s literally close to great restaurants and of course the BEACH!! Catherine was responsive and helped with any issues we had.

Place was beautiful. The large deck over looking the beach was beautiful. Everything you needed was in the condo. Beds were comfortable. Large television in living room was great especially with surround sound. Couches were extremely comfortable. Overall experience was exceptional 😊

Great place
The apartment is beautiful and the views of the beach are amazing. The huge patio is a big plus to hangout, sunbath or just read a book with that amazing relaxing view. You don’t even have to the beach if you don’t want to. I loved the beach toys they had, we used the floats a lot. The beach right in front of the apt is not busy at all. Very peaceful. The apt was very clean and the management company answered any questions I had right away. You can walk to many restaurants, bars , coffee shops, ice cream shop. Great place to stay. Will go back! Thank you for a great stay.
