Property Manager was almost 100% unreliable. Front desk manager mocked my disability (wheelchair) and laughed when I mentioned it and the lack of amenities, inclusive of hot water. I recommend having ALL of your ducks in a row prior to booking/checking in ie. Ask as many questions possible regarding checking, my boss could not get into the apt. As the entry code provided was incorrect. VRBO responded with several different responses, so I highly recommend getting names of everyone you speak to. Over 200 was wasted in transportation by my boss to simply retrieve his items which were at the hotel/apartment as onsite staff continuously stated false information; day time they'd be available to open door of apt. to obtain items and items were then carelessly moved without permission into an unsecure location withing property. Compensation should be considered and would be much obliged. Made several complaints on hot water not being available until check out date.
