I booked rooms for my sister and I in April. We arrived today they put a 200 hold on our cards and placed on different floors. Stated we didn't specify we wanted rooms on same floor. We are two woman traveling alone and they stated these rooms were the last available they were sold out.

Very happy with our one night stay. Location is fantastic for some shopping and restaurants. One moment of unhappiness when we requested front desk for a taxi. They couldnt or wouldnt call us a taxi. They claimed they knew someone who could do it. It sounded suspicious. Luckily enough with their help, we made the shuttle to our cruise. Advise, book a shuttle ahead of time.

Excellent stay

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The shuttles were always on time and friendly. Every hotel staff person that I saw greeted me. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance of so many shops and resteraunts. I will stay here again.

great for cruisers

The hotel was close to many eateries and some shopping and we walked to it all . we took a cruise , so it was ideal for that . it was clean , had a free breakfast and also free shuttle to all . We would use again , it was a fair price for what we got .

I gotta say it’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in a while. I have pictures of the shower. We weren’t able to shower at all we stayed here after our cruise. We were very tired and really needed a shower. There was no way we’re gonna take a shower in this dirty moldy shower I demand a refund

Beautiful, friendly and functional

We really loved this place, it was much more than expected. Our room was clean and modern. I thought we "might" have a mini fridge, but was surprised when I opened the door to a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator with ice maker! There was even a desk area. We were only booked for one night before a cruise but wishing we were staying longer to enjoy this awesome room set up! The shower was huge, good pressure, hot water with a sitting shelf. The bed was nice but could use some firmer pillows. The temp control was easy to use and worked well. We loved how the TV area and bedroom had a partition between them and you could swivel the TV towards whichever area you were in. The staff was very pleasant and nice. We had to ask for TP and shower gel and they were in our room stocked before we even got back from dinner. The bar downstairs makes awesome drinks...a little pricey, but he was not shy on the pour. The free breakfast was yummy too! I would definitely stay here again some time!

It was roomy, very clean, and professional staff. Our microwave didn't work, but it was like living in a studio apartment. Parking was $15 per night...a bit pricey
