The hotel was sufficient - I didn't think it was quite at the quality level I'd expect from a Hyatt. Also, the name of the hotel was confusing because there was another Hyatt with almost the same exact name. My uber driver brought me to the wrong hotel! So I had to pay for a second uber at additional cost to bring me to the correct one. My husband was pretty upset about that. The staff were not overly friendly, but provided all the assistance we needed during our stay.

Started out OK, but got our room keys, and two of the three keys would not open the door. At least one would open so that was fine. Then during the middle of the night we had banging on our door ,come to find out they assigned another person to our room. They finally got that worked out and gave this person a different room, but it took a half a hour of talking and everyone wondering what’s going on. Of course it disturbed our sleep that we just really needed because we did not get sleep the prior two days.But then the next morning, somehow all our keys would not work to open our room door. Had to go down and get three new keys made. Went for breakfast and the sausage patties were cool. The pancakes were cool, they would not even begin to melt the butter. Pretty much threw my food away and walked across and ate at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t be coming back here again.

It was great having a large strip mall with many dining options just a very short walk(under 5 minutes) I found the bed to be comfortable- if you like a soft bed There was very little room on one side of the bed and wall. Had to shimmy sideways to get onto bed. The bathroom needs a lot of work, it is very small with maybe an inch between door when closing. The tubs finish is missing in many areas and the wall paper has come away from the wall. Overall, I liked the room we had aside from the 2 things I mentioned.

This will be my go to hotel when cruising from now on. Wonderful breakfast buffet, convenient to restaurants and shopping (we don't rent a car since it's only for the night before, so being able to walk to get something if needed is important), clean and quiet. The service desk was helpful, accommodating and considerate. We didn't use the shuttle service, but asked the person at the front desk if she could call us a ride because we wanted to go to Gulfstream, and rather than just giving me a number, she personally made the call for me! Thank you!!!!!
