Everything was wonderful! Very clean, excellent free breakfast and very polite employees. The only thing that could have been better was having the complimentary ice water at a self-serve station instead of behind the bar so an employee had to serve you.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. They were able to adjust our reservation to add an additional adjoining room. They provided a free breakfast the following morning and free shuttle service to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was sufficient - I didn't think it was quite at the quality level I'd expect from a Hyatt. Also, the name of the hotel was confusing because there was another Hyatt with almost the same exact name. My uber driver brought me to the wrong hotel! So I had to pay for a second uber at additional cost to bring me to the correct one. My husband was pretty upset about that. The staff were not overly friendly, but provided all the assistance we needed during our stay.

This is a wonderful place to lay your head down and rest after a day of travel. It was clean, organized, and the staff was extremely helpful. I give it 5 stars. Shuttle from airport both ways was prompt. Go Hyatt!
