Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, BBG Grill, including pool, Wi-Fi, limited parking (8 Cars only), and washer.

Nova Middle School: This is a public middle school that serves grades 6-8.
Nova High School: This is a public high school that serves grades 9-12.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. Please reach out if you have further questions
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
The pool can be heated for an extra fee. Please reach out if you have any questions.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
