Our freshly remodeled villa has 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, all bedrooms have large flat screen TV's. 2 of the ensuite bedrooms have king-size beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds & a pull-out full-size murphy bed. The Living Room has comfortable sofas and a very big screen smart TV. Our Gourmet Kitchen has all brand-new appliances, a variety of cookware, and convenience gadgets like an electric kettle and a 4-slice toaster. The large dining table can sit the entire group!

Backyard:
In the evenings, enjoy the incredible sunsets while you grill from the back patio, enjoy a late-night swim in the heated pool or chill with a glass of wine by the fire pit. Day or night you’ll find something for everyone. So wonderful you’ll feel like you never want to leave. This is what an incredible Florida lifestyle is all about!
!!! IMPORTANT !!! To heat the pool, we recommend asking in advance as it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat at the Winter time. Relax by the pool, lounge on the sunbeds, or enjoy outdoor dining with family and friends as the water sparkles in the sunlight. The wide open view creates a sense of freedom and tranquility that makes this space unforgettable.

This villa has a private laundry with a washer and dryer. Also, we provide beach gear, including chairs, toys, and an umbrella available for guest use. There is free parking available for 4 cars.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE! (smoking on site will be subject to a $500 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment)
- NO PARTIES! ( please respect the neighborhood )
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM (no loud noise or music)

GUEST IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
In accordance with local short-term rental requirements and safety guidelines,
we request that all guests provide a valid government-issued ID or passport prior to check-in.

Security:
Outdoor surveillance and security cameras are motion sensors and are always visible located to see the front doors and the backyard area. There is no surveillance system inside the property.

Guest access:
Guests may enjoy the house and pool area. Any visitors should be approved prior by the hostess. No overnight visitors allowed

Important House Rule:
No EV or Hybrid Charging on Property !!!!!!
Charging electric cars or hybrid vehicles is strictly not allowed on the property.
Any unauthorized charging will result in:
$100 penalty fee, plus reimbursement for all electricity used.
Please use public charging stations nearby.
