Oceanic beach house 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms

Welcome to Oceanic beech house. It is a single family house over 2300 sq. feet which you will have for your self only. Our house has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. Living room has 60 inch Tv and one of sofa bed can be used as queen bed if needed. Hi-Speed Wi fi is present for you to work in or outside. In the garage you will find beech cart chairs and kid toys. There are four parking spots. Outdoor swimming pool which can be heated if needed is very private and has one shower outdoor, patio furniture, bar with refrigerator and grill. It is only 5-minutes walking to Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy the Beach or Town of Lauderdale By The Sea with Anglin's Fishing Pier, shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, as well as park for kids, tennis, basketball courts and also Publix grocery store. We supply all towels, beech chairs. cooler. If you feel to explore our metropolitan areas of Fort Lauderdale and Miami there are multiple options to choose from for example Everglades most iconic ecosystem are about one hour drive to Francis S. Taylor Wildlife Management Area or Hugh Taylor Birch Park is 10 minutes drive another option is sport events as Miami Dolphins NFL, Florida
Panthers NHL, Miami Inter MLS 30 minutes and Miami Marlins 60 minutes drive from Lauderdale By The Sea. Only 15 minutes drive to Fort Lauderdale Port where you will see all largest Cruise Ships in the world which is interesting to see specially when they are leaving or arriving our Port. After booking this place we will contact you and few days before your arrival we will send you check in instructions.

Best location for family with kids

We’ve been vacationing Lauderdale by the sea for the last 3 years now. This area is great for a family with small children, walkable restaurants, beach and playground. This year we had an infant to bring along with a 3 and 4 year old and the house accommodations were great. Highchair, pack and play, wagon for rides up to the beach. Although this was the first house that had said they did not have a safety fence around the pool, the host did reassure us that the sliding door to get out to the pool had an alarm on it. Although every time you wanted to go outside it would ring, so not idea for a sleeping baby but all in all worked out fine. Thanks again for a lovely place to stay!

Family getaway

This property is AMAZING!!! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants
..and the food was great!!! The house was clean, spacious, and offered so many amenities that we wanted for nothing. I would recommend this house for all ages!! Our 2 yr old granddaughter had toys to play with, a wonderful wagon for taking her to the beach, and an appropriate bed too!!! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We simply loved our time here!!!

Awesome Location! Awesome Home!

This is a fantastic place for family getaways! The pool is a great spot for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. We really enjoyed the outdoor grilling and eating area. The house is well-equipped for an easy move-in and there are plenty of seating options. The kitchen is amazing and the property has lots of beach chairs and toys. It's a lovely walk to restaurants and the beach! Close to Publix for easy driving or walking. We will definitely book this home again!

Great house and location- walking distance to the beach. We loved the backyard and spent hours by the pool. A nice large table outside to eat and play games. Outdoor bar with refrigerator was a nice bonus. Great bedrooms with closet space- beds very comfortable. Marcela was fabulous to work with and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely go back!

Great Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Oceanic! The property was clean, well maintained, and included all the necessities. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was within a 10 min walk to the beach and all Lauderdale By the Sea restaurants & shops. Our favorite part of the home was the pool/patio area. Fantastic BBQ & bar area and the pool temperature was just perfect (I prefer it a little on the warmer side). Definitely a place I would recommend and return to. Thank you!

Home away from home!

What an absolutely beautiful spot. The house was spotless, had EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. Marcela, the property owner, was kind, responsive and extremely hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the pool, grill, and other amenities. The beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were the perfect touch for our daily trips to the beach. Lovely Ocean Stay

Perfect house and perfect host! We had 8 people (adults and teens). The layout was great with the 4 boys on one side with a shared bathroom and the girls with their own bedroom and bathroom, and the adults with the master bedroom and bathroom. The best part of this house is the amazing pool area -with lots of seating, pool toys and plenty of towels! The neighborhood is very nice and is a 4 minute walk to Commercial Blvd and another 4 minute walk from there to the beach - our teens loved being so close to shops and ice cream stores. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Loved the fruit on the table and some complimentary waters after a long day of traveling to LBTS. And the host was a great communicator, very helpful and a genuinely nice person! Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful beach vacation

My family had a very fun and relaxing trip at lauderdale by the see. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of amenities. The pool was amazing and so private. The walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach were all less than 10 minutes. Also, the tvs are set with so many streaming services for raining days. This is the best experience i have ever had with vrbo.

Perfection!!

This was our 4th stay at LBTS renting from various VRBOs, this place supersedes all of them! What an amazing stay we all had (2 adults and 4 teenagers)!!! Everything was perfect! Right from the moment of booking, the communication with Marcela and her husband was great, the location; it’s a 5-7 min walk to beach (beach chairs are provided) and downtown LBTS with all restaurants and shops, the pool area had everything you could think of, even Bluetooth outdoor speakers (which is something you don’t see in any other rental houses),the pool was the highlight of everyday, pool could be heated, we didn’t need to it was warm enough. The space inside was beautifully decorated; plenty of room for a big family to relax and sprawl out. Bedrooms were big and two of the bedrooms had en-suites, mattresses were very comfortable. Bathrooms were beautiful and with toiletries, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook family meals. We cooked all our meals during our stay, outdoor grill and bar area is nice to just relax and have beer. I could go on and on how amazing this stay was. We will be booking again! Thank you Marcela!

Month in Paradise

We rented the property for a month and had some friends and family stop in. What a great house that has EVERYTHING you need. Well stocked kitchen, pool was fabulous with all you need, beds were comfortable and the whole place was roomy. Short walk to whatever you need
beach, grocery, downtown area, etc. The hosts were more than accommodating . We would love to stay again.

Just Right

From the second we arrived, this place was perfect. Space perfect for socialization and privacy. Clean kitchen with thoughtful items, like tea, coffee and everything you need to bake a cake. Comfortable beds, lots of beach towels, garage with lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Marchela was amazing. Messaged her about where an umbrella I thought they might have was stored. A few hours later, a brand new shade umbrella arrived and was put together. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave.

Great home and perfect location

This is a great vacation rental. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. Awesome outdoor space with comfortable loungers and other furniture, not to mention a beautiful pool. The location is perfect and has all nice beach equipment including a cart. The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished and Marcela was a perfect host. Great house! I would love to be there again

Marcela's house is great! Everything is brand new. The house is extremely comfortable with everything that you need to spend some days in the area. The pool area is perfect to eat something and to enjoy the day until late. The house has everything to go to the beach, all the appliances you could need at the kitchen and was very clean when we arrived. Marcela and her husband are great hosts and they were on all the details during our stay. I would definitely choose this house again!

Awesome property, great location, and even better host.

My family and I had an incredible stay at Marcela’s property. It was updated tremendously. Comfortably fit 7 of us but could have fit even more. The brand new pool was a great and private hangout. So many different areas to relax on the pool deck. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Kitchen and house is stocked with everything you need. We can’t say enough about how great the host Marcela was. She gave great instructions and went way above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. She was a great communicator and sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great and relaxing time in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
