Great apartment for a week long stay near family
Posted Mar. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was a good size with a HUGE television. Quite basic furnishings but had all we needed and excellent value for the area. Galit was an excellent property manager, very quick communication and sorted out a kettle for us within hours of the request. Thank you!

Horrible experience

Bathroom was un flushed!
Sheets was already used and hairs and makeup on it.
Floor was dirty!
We had to spend $2,000 more to find another place to stay right away.

WOW, What A challenge!
First, I would like to state, that the cleaning crew started cleaning the suite, and had to leave and come back.
for me as a dedicated host, it was obviously not ideal, but nevertheless, happened.
As soon as the guests sent me the messages about the suite, I sent another crew in there within 7 minutes!! I Apologized and asked for 30 more minutes to finish up.
The rudeness of the guest, the cursing and the threats were uncalled for. my apologies and my attempts to resolve the situation within 30 minutes fall on death ears.
I take this situation very seriously.
It is never ok that the home is not ready on time. however, our crew is human, and very busy. our turnaround is daily.
in 3 years, this is the first time it happened!
this one star we got, does not represent our beautiful luxury suite!
I also would like to add, I came to the suite myself within 15 minutes. the guest was already gone. upon inspection, I found the suite to be clean, but not perfect as I would like. It was addressed immediately.

we will continue to give excellent service, safe, clean and beautiful home.
we gave this guest a FULL refund as well and wished him the best.

Just love it !
Posted Feb. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed for 35 days . We book this place for the screening porch. It was wonderful. And it was perfect for the dog. The location was well equipped with everything we need for a long stay. Galit the host, was very friendly and fast to respond. There was no propane tank for the B.B.Q. within a hour we ad one. Also, I would like to thanks Lianie (house keeper) for her kindness and devotion.
If I could give 20 out of 10 ,I would.
