3 Br, Private Pool, Outdoor bath and shower

Our beautiful mid-century villa has been updated but kept its charm. The home has been thoughtfully designed with special details throughout with an emphasis on artistry and quality.

Walk into an inviting living room that is peaceful. Feeling like you need more action? There is a closet full of games for every age. Notice the original art and vintage pieces. The open plan gives way to the dining room and kitchen, both open for easy entertaining. The kitchen has all of the details of any thoughtful home, including a gas stove, full size fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with organic coffee, tea, spices for cooking and high quality cookware.

The entire house has been outfitted with a reverse water osmosis system so all faucets and shower/bath have pure, filtered water.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and is located off the kitchen. The den has a smart TV and a view of the pool.

All bedrooms have fresh, new linens and special details. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that is in the hallway. Both bathrooms have Kiehl's shampoo and conditioner and organic body wash.

The pool area is wonderful with a saltwater pool which is unheated but open for swimming year round. There is a new Weber gas grill, and lots of areas for lounging. We recently added an outdoor shower and bathtub.

The house is dated but in good condition. The home has and rotten vegetable smell, I think it's coming from the kitchen sink, it appears to come from the kitchen drain. The pool is advertised as being heated, but is not. The pool is not turned on until you arrive at property and it takes 4 days to heat up. The canopy in the pool area. Also missing.

Safe Haven

Our stay was a true blessing! We were evacuated from our home near Tampa Fl. For Hurricane Milton, Late on Tuesday October 8th, With very short notice we were given permission to occupy the home that night, after a should have been 41/2 hr. Drive , turned into 13 hrs. With a 3 day old baby and mamma who had an emergency C - section, we were very thankful to have arrived at this beautiful home, secure with hurricane windows, alarm system and true comfort. We will return one day, to fully enjoy its beauty and charm.

Absolute paradise

This was one of the first times I've rented a property where the photos accurately depict the location. Paradise Palms IS paradise. My two best girlfriends and I trekked away for a week away from our children and families to relax and restore. The moment we booked the property, Laura reached out to offer spa suggestions and helped us arrange private Yoga lessons with a top-notch instructor. And the supported didn't end there. During our stay, we felt fancy and accidentally bought whole bean coffee--Laura ordered a coffee grinder to arrive the very next day! The property is beautiful, the interior design is delicious and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. IMPORTANT. My dayjob is helping people with their sleep--again this property outdoes itself with blackout blinds and curtains in every room alongside a range if pillows, high end sheets and comfortable beds. Worth every single penny. Thanks Laura. We'll be back :)

Charming house in quiet location

We stayed here with our family of 2 adults/3 older kids. The house and pool area are as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the way the house is decorated and the retro look of the bathrooms! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe (we walked to Funky Buddha Brewery one night for dinner and drinks). Laura was available to answer any questions we had with a quick response. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the warm sunshine in FL!

We stayed at this home that was nicely decorated and the landscaping both in front of the home and around the pool area were well maintained. Laura, the homeowner responded quickly to any questions we had and even allowed us early check-in. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Perfect Fl vibe clean vacation home

Our family with 4 yo really enjoyed our stay here! Always had fast responses and friendly conversations, all questions were answered in no time! Easy self-check in a beautiful, quite neighborhood. House interior has a nice Floridian feeling to it which we enjoyed as came from north and its nice to be in a vacation atmosphere. Everything inside is put together very nicely as was done for self use and ready to live-in: nice quality bedding, bath amenities, furniture, all clean and fresh, perfectly organized rooms and decorated kids bedrooms. Was pleasantly surprised by all little things from non toxic dish washer liquid unbleached baking paper to raw honey organic coffee, coconut sugar etc. We are trying to use these things in our household so nice to see it in short rental space where usually dont expect it. Had everything you might need in the kitchen even got to bake pies and cookies with child. Thankful for kids books and nice selection of family games to spend time together especially if you with family and didnt bring suitcases with toys and stuff from home. so its really like a live-in home with all you might need Stayed inside the property through our time(even ordered grocery delivery from publix(very close) , spent lots of time in pool. Water was perfect, backyard gives privacy , enjoyed breakfasts and dinners in Nice and quite outside- all organized and looking wonderfull to relax ( was nice to have mosquito candles, lights etc definetely added to our vacation-feel)
