This two level townhome is perfect for your stay in Plantation, FL. When you first enter you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath. There is also a balcony for you to sit out, relax and enjoy the warm Florida nights. Next to the fully equipped kitchen you will also find a washer a dryer for your convenience. Both bedrooms have en-suite and are located upstairs. The master has a king bed, the other bedroom has 2 full beds.

So much room in this rental, but needs a little more effort

We received the automated email from VRBO that we should have been contacted with check in information, but it was not until we reached out through VRBO site to the owner that we were told that we would be given the information 1 hour prior to check in. Coming from out of state, they should have sent us some communication to us earlier without us having to contact them. Once in the gated community, it would be helpful if the owner would provide a map of the parking space and the apartment location so you can see how to get to both because they are on opposite sides of the large building. Also make sure you do not back into the parking space as you have to have your license plate out. The apartment itself is huge, it doesn't help that there is a lack of furniture though. For example the one table in the living room is actually the table from the set outside on the deck. There is no sofa table, there is only one nightstand in the master bedroom as they took the other one to put a tv on in the guest room. They should just hang the TV and put the nightstand back in the master bedroom. Since the unit says it sleeps six, there should be seating in the living room for 6, the way it is now there is only seating for 5. There was no soap at all for any of the bathroom sinks. I have never had to bring my own hand soap to a rental. There were drain flies in the apartment during our stay, and lots of them, not a huge issue, but very annoying. The apartment was paint

Place is out of date, smells, and is just not worth it. Communications with the owner was difficult, and we had to reach out to the property manager to get check in codes. We did not receive the codes until we reached out at 5:30. Check in was at 4pm. Do not book this place.
