The location is a 10/10. The house has some wear and tear/ lack of cleanliness that we wouldn’t expect for the price. It was well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen supplies, etc., however there are not traditional beach chairs so that’s an extra cost to consider when booking. The host was responsive and helpful when small issues arose.

Family Spring Break

We had two families stay at this home. We had plenty of room. Location, Location, Location!! You cannot beat this location in a quiet area, right next to the Boardwalk and Beach! The teens loved the freedom of walking the boardwalk down to shops and ice cream. The neighbor was a delight, picking coconuts for the kids. Appreciated the beach towels and chairs provided. The pool area was a bit dirty, with debris in pool and chairs stacked up, like it wasn’t set up for the season. Sand is a constant issue around pool, and in and out of house. I’d bring rugs. One of our showers was a slow drain, and 4 people shared that bathroom which is tiny. Otherwise the rest of house is so good. We noticed it is for sale, so be sure it is still available when booking. Great trip. We were sad to leave.

This property is absolutely perfect! The host was great at communicating and addressing our concerns. We loved the short walk to the beach! There is plenty to do in the area. Just perfect for our little office trip!

Unfortunately multiple issue

Locations was as expected, steps from the beach. Unfortunately we experience multiple issues starting from arriving to an unclean pool requiring urgent attention from the owner. One of the showers was clogged which quickly led to a plumbing leak onto the main floor. Although the owner was quick to reply and attend to these issues. They very negatively impacted our stay despite the VERy high cost.

Great family rental property

We stayed for a week and the pictures don’t do this property justice. You are truly steps away from the beach and broadwalk. The house was very spacious for 7 adults and a child. The pool area and hot tub were so nice as well. We couldn’t have found a better property

Amazing and Comfortable Stay on Hollywood Beach

There is absolutely no part of the pictures or description that is inaccurate. The house is amazing. Modern, but also very comfortable. Large, but warm and cozy. Perfect touches like a well-stocked kitchen (in terms of plates, silverware, pots, etc). The primary bedroom is large enough to work and relax in - the ensuite bathroom is beautiful. The top floor balcony is wonderful with views of the ocean and the intracoastal. There's a second fridge on the first floor with additional bedrooms. And then there's the pool! The outside area is so nice. And then to top it all off, it's just a few steps from the beach. Absolutely amazing place.

Beach Life

We loved the house (and beds!) but the location and walking to the beach with such ease really made a difference. Walk the beach, boardwalk, stop for a bite to eat ..and walk right back home! Would highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. The location can't be beat. The place itself is great, lots of space, very clean and nicely furnished. Awesome view of the beach and the ocean from the balcony to enjoy every day. The pool and spa are great. The host team was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

Great House just steps from beautiful Hollywood Beach

Perfect House for family vacation. Large family room and kitchen area, very nice bedrooms, large outside deck on second level, and private pool. Hollywood Beach is just steps away with great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful 2.5 mile Broadwalk.

Perfect location!

Perfect place for our Spring Break getaway! House was just as described and was the perfect location—just steps away from the beach and Boardwalk, but still private enough that you had quiet. There was a slight plumbing issue but owners addressed promptly and were easy to work with. We loved all the little extras the owners had thought of-toiletries in each shower, hand soap for each sink, kitchen with necessary cleaning supplies (soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc), wagon and chairs for the beach—it was so nice to not have to think of anything. Would highly recommend this house!
