Great Vacation House with Beautiful Pool

This house really sparkles. It has white tile floors throughout and updated Ikea type kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The 4 bedrooms had wonderful comfortable mattresses and pillows. Plenty of space in closets and dressers to place belongings. The living room was cozy and accommodated the 6 adults watching the Super Bowl! The kitchen is large and had all the pots/pans and dinnerware we needed. We found large supplies of white towels and beach towels. The pool is large and the heated with no extra charge as some of the other rentals did. There are tons of room out on the outside porch with a long table and many lounge chairs. The laundry room was a big plus as well as the beach chairs. We found it a short ride to the beach and many wonderful restaurants. Walking the neighborhood is wonderful and it is quiet and safe. We would come here again. We were 3 couples in our 70's and found it easily accessible as it was on one floor. The TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms and in the living room is a plus.

Nice Stay

My wife and I spent a month (Jan. 2024) at Royal Poinciana in the Hollywood lakes area. We had a nice stay. As listed, the rental is a remodeled old Florida home. The appliances and home furnishings are medium grade. A Hot Tube is listed as an amenity but there is none. The pool is heated and was kept heated during our stay, an often unusual occurrence in our VRBO experience. The house was very clean (except for the front picture window which could use a good cleaning). The living quarters are spacious and very brightly lit. Jannette and her crew were super responsive. The location was great for our purposes (boardwalk, groceries, parks, bicycling) .

Family Holiday week with 3 generations

Property was easy to locate, and easy to access. 10 minutes to Ft Lauderdale airport. Lovely facility with full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms each with a king size comfortable bed! Heated pool was magnificent. nice washer/dryer. 1 mile to Publix groceries, where they have an attached parking garage. We felt very safe. areas for improvement: listing indicated foosball and games. neither were present. 1 mile to beach: accurate, takes about 10 minutes. The window blinds are horrible. no curtains. The kitchen was dirty, especially around the sink and window. Spices were present. No coffee, no other amenities. 2 rolls of bathroom tissue/bathroom and no boxes of tissues nor paper towels. no washing detergent. The microwave was damaged, but still worked. the coffee pot had a chip, but didn't leak. The pool heater stopped working on day 5. the rafts deflated...looked like someone tried to repair one with tape. The property manager did respond to every issue. didn't fix everything while we were there, but did respond. The neighbors are very close and each night were in the back yard smoking pot. seemed to be a fun crowd with loud music...not great for small children. overall, I would rate the location a 7/10. Overpriced for the experience. we stayed at nicer locations in Fort Lauderdale. We wanted to try Hollywood. Not a fan.

Great house

I don't rent houses often so I am never comfortable looking at the pictures online as they can be deceiving. This house is excellent and true to the description. Spacious for all of us, rooms are big with king beds (I felt bed was a little hard but it is a preference, nothing to do with the beds there), great pool, great kitchen. It is excellent house includes the basics so you dont have to bring as well. Clean house and easy process to check in and out. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay last week at this house with extended family! House was clean, beds comfy, and pool area was great. It was nice to have large table in the kitchen for all 8 of us to eat and play card games. Also a large table on the covered patio next to the pool was convenient. Owner was responsive to our questions and easy to get in contact with. House is in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants, stores, and the beach. Would recommend a stay here!

Perfect stay

This property is EXACTLY like the pictures. We had 5 couples and the rooming was perfect. Everything was very clean and close to most everything you would need on vacation. We were 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach which was amazing and a short Uber ride away from South Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were grocery stores within minutes so we were able to shop and make a couple meals at home. We do an annual family vacation so we’re already planning on booking this house again when we come back to the Miami area.

Very Positive Experience

Recently we rented the Property #7681787. We had many questions in the mind but the Owner Mrs. Jannette helped us lot for the booking. Once we reached there, We found this home more beautiful than the internet pictures. Its listed for ten peoples but twelve-fourteen peoples could easily stay. We felt like a little home away from home. Property was Very clean & comfortable! Best Location and Very Quiet and safe Neighborhood. close to Uber ride, Coffee shop, ice-cream, pizza, groceries, night life, Beach, Casino etc.... We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home. We loved the comfy beds, pool, Kitchen, Grill, Bathroom and backyard covered porch. This is such an amazing experience for us. We will sure come back in the same house during our next trip to ft. Lauderdale Florida. Again, Thanks to Jannette.
