Points faibles : Propreté
Lots to tell, we had 4 towels no wash cloth, dish rags, or dish towels. One package black and white toilet paper one thing of paper towel. We pretty much had to buy everything which we wasn’t planning on. The place was not clean. We had a broom but no mop or cleaning supplies no vacuum. We go through Vrbo all the time and never had experience like this and it would have been nice if we had a welcome package, we was there for 2 months.

These are all 2 star ratings because I did not stay at this property. Owner did not send check-in details in the AM which I also called and left a message to please provide. At Check-in time I could not contact him and neither could VRBO. I Was sent a message after VRBO tried to contact him that their was an air conditioning problem and that he had another property I could stay in for a week while he got it fixed. The unit had a portable AC Unit at that time. I had to find another property for the night. I received a total refund from VRBO and several more messages from the Owner which by this time I did feel comfortable in renting his property.

Did not meet expectations

When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. While there we experience power loss which the host was very accommodating and let us go to a secondary peoperty until the power was restored. We also had a temporary water shortage that we were not notified about. The bed and pillows in the room were not great at all. I am a pregnant woman and my fiance is a fairly well built man and that bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning was barely enough to cool the whole house we ended up borrowing a fan from family members down there. Overall it was on the cheaper side of our options and we enjoyed our time in florida.
