Welcome to our beautiful pet-friendly Florida beach cottage with a heated pool located mid-island on Fort Myers Beach. Our beach house has all-new new furnishings, including new loveseat and couch, 50" flat-screen TV, kitchen dining table with seating for four, and all-new bedroom furniture. Our kitchen has all the essentials of home.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private master updated bathroom with shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has a 2 twin beds with a flat-screen tv. The newly remodeled hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. You will love the charming wood floors throughout the property. Our property has many desired amenities including Free Wi-Fi, internet, washer/dryer, linens, and beach towels.

Enjoy the use of many bicycles, beach furniture and accessories during your stay (all stored in the enclosed storae garage), as well as the use of our covered garage (two cars MAX, please). The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, just steps to our private dedicated beach access with gazebo and outdoor shower as well as a private fishing pier on the back bay that offers a large tiki hut with picnic tables, benches, boat slips, and local wildlife.

You are within walking distance of time square, restaurants, live music bars, and other entertainment. You can rent mopeds, electric bikes, two-person buggies, boats, kayaks, go parasailing, or visit one of the nearby nature preserves like lovers key state park!

As this property is pet friendly, feel free to bring along your dog max under 20 pounds, and please be aware pet fees apply per pet.

For the security and well-being of both you and the property, there is a security camera placed on the exterior of this vacation home, covering the front door area.

This home has a seven-night minimum rental, the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday -to Saturday (Thanksgiving to Easter).

This property is on keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check in time.
