Enjoy amazing views from this beautiful condo penthouse on the top floor with a relaxing motif, comfortably sleeps 3. The property has the Flippers Restaurant and Tiki Bar on site as well and workout facility!

Sliding doors from the living room and the bedroom open to the spacious lanai with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Bay and Lovers Key State Park Area. Views from every window! The Lanai is an absolutely amazing space to watch the sunset of the ocean with your favorite drink!

It features a full well equipped kitchen with a comfortable living room and a large TV. Washers and dryers are available.

The property has a heated pool and hot tub with great views and the southern end of Fort Myers Beach and quick access to Lovers Key State Park Beach. The nearby State Park amenities include boat ramps, kayaks, and bicycle rentals.

There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Water activities abound with fishing charters, scuba and snorkel adventures, jet ski rentals, para-sailing, etc. Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples are all modern cities with plenty of shopping, dining and sight seeing to experience.

The South West International Airport in Fort Myers is close by for convenience as well.

Excellent in all ways

There isn't a single thing that is not Excellent. The Lovers Key Penthouse has incredible views and the Penthouse itself is like out of a magazine. The pictures of the property are exactly what to expect in person. The pool has a nice waterfall to swim through. The location gives easy access to beaches and to Bonita Springs. Going the other direction quickly gets you to a Publix. The Flippers restaurant on the property has poolside service on Friday-Sunday. Great food and drink! There are not many other choices currently at this end of the island, but we also ventured to the north and found some very good restaurants. While there are traffic jams we never got delayed for long. Our 10 day stay in the Penthouse was great and we hope to come back again.

Misrepresented online

Disappointed. This property definitely had pets in it prior to our stay and did not get the hair cleaned up for our time there. Multiple attempts to get coastal breeze management to clean it up and resolve the problem- they failed.This property was misrepresented as pet free / no pers allowed.

Gorgeous condo and views.

We loved this condo. Very updated and balcony is perfect with comfortable seating and great views. Coastal Breeze was very accommodating and responded quickly. Pool and spa were closed but that was due to recent hurricane damage. Wonderful restaurants and location is perfect.

5 Star View!!

The view is def 5 Star! Upon entering the condo, it was very dark (not so inviting) and warm. Every blind was closed and air was up high. When I took my first shower the smell of the water was HORRIBLE! The whole unit smelled like eggs and it was terrible to shower in. I reached out to the company and they told me to run the water for 30 minutes. We had to run it over 45 minutes! Why wasn’t this done for us ahead of time? We were also only left with 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels for our week long stay? With that said, the place was clean and updated beautifully. The couch was uncomfortable so we didn’t use it much and the bed was just ok not greatly comfortable but over all we enjoyed our stay as we have been coming to Lovers Key for years.

Very clean, updated penthouse condo with balcony and amazing water views! Great place for 2 people. Easy check in with door code. Lovely pool, hot tub, and one of the best restaurants in the area, Flippers, located right next door!!

Pros Very clean Well designed layout for a one bedroom condo. Great shower Good TV channel options Fabulous balcony and view Amazing sunrise Great communication. Flippers restaurant on site was a bonus. Cons No afternoon sun facing East. Ongoing construction - beyond anyone's control. Area is very romantic but isolated. Great Stay

This is a very nice unit located on the top floor with great views. The sunrises were specular. The unit is clean and well furnished. The appliances are new, and the bed is very comfortable bed. The host is very accommodating. Highly recommended!

 BaulĂ€rm, So dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen konnte, Agentur meinte, dass sie die Renovierung der Balkone nicht beeinflussen kann (Pressluftschaber) 
 Balkon (war ein Grund fĂŒr die Auswahl, da direkt mit Meerblick) konnte nicht benutzt werden, da Bauarbeiten) 
 Ärger mit der Agentur 
 sind dann nach 3 Tagen auf eigene Faust umgezogen 
 
 Wohnung wĂ€re schön gewesen, allerdings ist der Sleeper völlig ungeeignet, aber schön anzusehen

Nice Staycation with Incredible Views

My husband and I live 45 minutes from Lovers Key Resort and we enjoy coming to the resort at least 1 holiday weekend a year. The resort it self is clean and friendly with a beautiful bay view. The unit we rented was a penthouse 1 bedroom condo that had been updated. The unit was clean and the kitchen was adequate for theunit and a much better layout then the original. The bathroom had also been updated and was clean and well taken care.

What was missing...

Staff Linda and Preston only good To say about them. SUGGESTION: SALT, PEPPER spices, a minimum to provide with the condo. Ombrella for the beach. Toilett paper, maybe 3 for a stay of 4 days. Repair the balcony, it is a must. No hanger to hang the clothes in the wardrobe.

Great location along with a fantastic view.

The unit we stayed at was on the top floor and afforded us an expansive view of the surrounding area. This unit has been remodeled and the appliances and shower were top notch. There were a few small items that could be addressed to make the experience even better such as refinishing the balcony deck and adding some better lighting options in the living room area. Overall my wife and I love this location and would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing views

My husband and I are empty nesters and have been going to FMB for 30 years. We just started staying at this resort a few years ago. This unit is the best we have stayed in! Beautifully remodeled and very clean (looks exactly like the pictures). The unit is on the South end of the island, very quite area, its about 7 mile to the center of town, close to Santi plaza which has the better restaurants We also prefer going to Lovers Key State Park, they have the best beach in all of Fort Meyers, excellent shelling, hiking trails, kayaking, nature. Another beach we enjoy is Bare Foot Beach in Bonita Spring not far from Condo. But the best part of this condo is the AMAZIMG views, located on the back bay, you see everything from dolphins, manatee, sting rays, boaters and the best sunrises. We would rather have this view over the ocean view. We will definitely be back.

Nice location, but the unit was a bit subpar

Lovers Key Resort is great. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, clean facility. The privately-owned unit we stayed in was a bit disappointing.

Wonderful condo perfect for 2 people. Views of the bay were amazing. During our week in addition to birds, we saw the following in the bay below this condo: Sharks, Dolphins, Manatees, Rays, and tons of fish. Being so high up offered a wonderful view. Condo clean and stocked with basics for your stay. Staff very friendly and owner very responsive to the few questions that we had. Pool was great although most days we went to Lovers Key.

Pent House for the win!

Beautifully updated Pent House Suite! Amazing views of the water and the sunrise from the bedroom and living space. Clean, bright, no bad smells. Shower was big, bright, clean, two shower heads (1 rainfall). Lobby ladies were very friendly and coffee was good when it was out. There are snack vending machines and washer/dryer with credit card readers. Pool was peaceful and clean, and the restaurant is connected with good food, good drinks, and kind service. Beach access is right across the street as well as the Trolly which we used daily. Beach is quiet and beautiful with lots of shells to find - saw a star fish too. We walked through the state park right off the beach and it was magical.

Slice of Heaven

I was looking for a family friendly location to take our 16 month old on her first family vacation. Lovers key was perfect. Ph2 was the perfect size and the property was kid friendly. We liked the fact that the location gave you a 180 view, access to a private little beach, pool, restaurant and was 10 -15 minutes drive to tons of great restaurants. The property was clean. The staff that we encountered was great. We will def be back. We did notice that the master bedroom was very warm at night. But that would be the only suggestion for improvement!
