Carlos Pointe #136: Quiet Condo Right on the Beach!

2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views located at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach. As you enter the condo, you are welcomed by the tropical feel of the unit with the sunshine coming from the side windows and large glass slider leading to the lanai overlooking the beach.

The kitchen has been upgraded with beautiful cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked with all the essentials of home including many small appliances. Our family room has a sleeper sofa, oversized chair and flat screen TV. Dining area has seating for all 6 guests. Throughout the condo there are many upgraded features including remodeled bathrooms, upgraded counter tops, tile floors throughout living area and washer and dryer. 

Our master bedroom has a king size bedroom with TV and private master bathroom with spacious countertops with a sink and tub/shower setup. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include Free Wi-Fi, linens and towels. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Our property has a large lanai with outdoor seating, enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters and sandy beach from your private lanai.

Carlos Pointe community has a large heated pool with lounge chairs, a game room with a ping pong table and outdoor BBQ. There are many Fort Myers Beach amenities for your to do during your stay. You can walk to the beach (at your door step), local restaurants and shops. There is also a trolley that will take you up and down the island if you want to explore the Time Square area, Lovers Key Beach and the Shellmound House.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials around the property as a result of renovations after Hurricane Ian.

Please note, during winter season months (mid December to mid April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday a with one week minimum. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
