Around the corner from the Publix grocery store, marina and restaurants. Immaculately maintained for a stress-free vacation. Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, bikes, and cooler are ready to use. New pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating 6 pool lounge chairs, 5 adnorondeck chairs and an outdoor dining table. Backyard also has giant connect 4, corn hole, and kids scooter.

**Pool/spa has a heater and can be heated for an additional fee.

We had a great stay - the house is perfect for 2 or 4 people - and the back yard and amenities are wonderful. Great towels and linens - and plenty of them. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would book again!

Great Trip!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 days/4nights. We have two girls, 11 and 14, and it was perfect for us. The girls loved the pool, we were a short walk to the beach and the fact that the property provided a cart, beach chairs, towels, accessories, etc made life way easier. The house was very nice and we each had our own room. Fort Meyers Beach is great and the locals are all very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
