We loved the fact that the condo is right on the beach, and is equipped with lawn chairs, beach towels, etc. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a very nice stay and will return.

Great place to get away

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Weather was great. The beach was right there for nice long walk every morning. Loved the sunsets and all the people watching from their balconies and blowing conch horns! Otherwise very quiet. People are incredibly friendly. Buses come every hour or so which is nice if you don’t have a vehicle. Overall very nice place to stay!!

Short but wonderful

Unfortunately, our 8 night vacation was cut down to 2 nights because of hurricane Ian. However, Marcia was wonderful to work with. Extremely accommodating. She offered to put us in a hotel and made arrangements so that we would be safe from the storm at no extra cost. She also said that she would work with us to come back as long as she had availability. The property was beautiful, very clean and the location couldn't have been more pefect. Our first time at Ft. Myers Beach was lovely. We are disheartened to see ans hear all of the devastation that hurricane Ian caused to such a beautiful island. We hope that everyone is safe and our thoughts and prayers are with the residents of the island. We hope to return in the future and would be delighted to work with Marcia and stay at the property again. Thank you for everything.

Cozy condo

It was the perfect size for my husband and I for the week. It was well stocked and check in/check out was a breeze. Right on the beach with restaurants across the road within a small walk. Marcia was great to work with and gives detailed information on good restaurants in the area. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

It was great.

Drove 17 hours , stayed 13 nights and loved it all. Perfect little beach area with the condo (not crowded) tried 3 restaurants across the street and all were great. Drove down to the time square area about every other night and ate and hung out. Loved the whole trip and our host Marcia was great !!!

Wonderful Experience!

This property was absolutely wonderful! It is very well decorated and offered everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Close to the beach, lots of dining options right across the street and a beautiful, clean private beach! Marcia and Lou were very prompt to help when we had questions and could not have been better to deal with!

Great December Vacation

Renting this condo was a wonderful experience. Marcia was very helpful all the way through the process, and quickly replied to my questions. The condo was clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our two week stay. Also, the location would be hard to beat. Walk out the lobby and the pool is right there. A short walkway leads you to the beach. Across the street is a plaza with nice shops and really good restaurants, and a really fun outdoor tiki bar is just down the street. If you want to try something a little further away, it’s no problem, because the trolly stop is on the street right in front of the condo. And to top it off, everyone we met at the condo was super friendly. Needless to say, we hope to return.

Couple get away

My husband and I had a quiet, peaceful week enjoying the beach, pool and area restaurants. The location was perfect for us and we were able to enjoy the restaurants right across the street as well as take an Uber ride to the busier part of Fort Meyers. Everyone we met was also very nice. The unit had everything we needed during our stay.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for one week in July of 2021. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. The building itself is a typical late 80s Florida building. Pool hours were a drawback, closing at 7:30 every night. Ease of beach access a major plus. Have to be careful of older residents who are unappreciative of renters. We had to deal with a rude downstairs neighbor who was upset with 10 pm talks on the balcony while sipping a glass of wine... and we weren't even loud or obnoxious! If this was a crowded season, it would be hard to find a spot on the beach or at the pool. Off season driving was a problem, with one lane in either direction. Overall was exactly what was expected and even better. Will return!

Great Vacation Rental

This condo was perfect for our vacation. A short walk to the beach and a perfect location on Estero Island. A quick 20 minute drive to Matanzas Harbor where we took the Key West Express for a day trip to Key West. Another speedy 25 minute drive to Port Sanibel Marina where we took another day trip to go shelling on Cayo Costa via Adventures in Paradise. But you really don’t need to go on a shelling trip - we found our best shells on the beach in front of the condo! Delicious restaurants and fun shopping are close by! We loved having breakfast and ice cream at the Truly Scrumptious Cafe right across the street. There was plenty of room in the condo for the two of us. The bed was comfy and plenty of bath linens and beach towels were provided. While we didn’t do much cooking on our trip, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. It was nice having both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. Plenty of washing machines and dryers in the laundry room. Very clean and adorably decorated! I will definitely be keeping this condo in mind for future vacations. Marcia was a great host and communication was very easy.
