Stunning Deluxe Corner 1/1 Suite with a Million Dollar view of the Back Bay in the Heart of Downtown Fort Myers Beach!

Harbour House at the Inn is a unique condominium hotel on Fort Myers Beach. Unit 206 is a second floor corner suite with 1-bedroom, 1-bath. The colorful Beach- style decor inside the condo compliments the outside balcony which offers a view overlooking the Bay and seating for four.

The unique location of Harbour House and all it offers is like finding a hidden gem! It is two blocks from Times Square and the pier, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. There are seven miles of white, sugar sand beaches, restaurants too numerous to count, and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. Parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, etc. are just steps away. Trolleys run up and down the island, plus Harbour House is situated such that it provides convenient access to and from the mainland.

This condo has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with beautiful wood flooring. The kitchen includes all the necessary items to prepare meals or just coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a glasstop range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area seats four, and the living area has a queen-size sleeper-sofa. A flat-screen smart TV is included in the living area as well as in the bedroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, chest of drawers, and large closet. The corner balcony can be accessed from either the bedroom or the living area. A washer/dryer is included in this unit.

Harbour House’s second floor amenities include a beautiful pool/hot tub, a spacious outdoor deck with lounge chairs and umbrella tables, a community room with full kitchen, and an outdoor covered seating area with a TV for your entertainment. A gas grill is available on the third floor open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Condo amenities include cable TV, WiFi, all linens and towels (one set of towels per person), and a starter kit (a small dish soap, couple of dishwasher tabs, couple of trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, and hand soaps). Parking for one car is available in the ground floor covered garage.

Had a wonderful stay. The Unit was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation. King bed, washer and dryer in the unit. Corner balcony gave great views and a perfect spot for Concerts in the park. Many restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach all within walking distance. The owners checked in on us and introduced themselves and were very accommodating. We highly recommend this place and are looking forward to coming back again.
