A community gas grill is available on the third floor, along with its open deck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Next to the kitchen the living area has a sleeper-sofa with coffee table, next to which is a queen-size bed with night stands and lamps. Opposite the bed is an armoire and a dining table seating two with a wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors open to furnished balcony overlooking the tropical scenery and the second floor pool/spa area. The large bathroom has tile flooring and a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a tiled combination tub/shower.
