Spectacular setting and view over private beach at Sanibel Harbour Resort. Westward facing to enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the San Carlos Bay.

Updated condo. Recently newly furnished in including all new mattresses. Tile flooring throughout.

Our condo suffered no damage from Hurricane.
POOL & HOT TUB ARE OPEN for our guests enjoyment!
Guests have access to our private beach, which was fully restored with new fresh sand, where they will find plenty of sunloungers.

Designer styled beach themed condo. Living room, overlooking private beach and water : new queensize sleeper sofa, and loveseat, large wall mounted flat screen tv.

Dining room - new dining table and chairs - seats 6.

Kitchen - fully equipped including washing machine and dryer (installed Jan 2021)

Master bedroom - new kingsize bed with new mattress Master bedroom is beach/bay facing and with direct access to front terrace/lania. Wall mounted flat screen tv.

We had a great stay and condo as shown in the listing. Fun location with restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful views, comfy beds and communication and instructions were thorough and they aimed to please. We would return for a repeat stay !

Everything about this place was top-notch! We came with my in-laws to celebrate New Year’s, and it was just the perfect spot for us. Especially enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. This place is well stocked and the amenities were great! You can tell that the house really put a lot of effort in the little touches that we had. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Great view. Quiet location.

My sister and I loved this condo and were sad to leave. The view is amazing and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The breezes off the gulf keep it cool and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. We definitely will come again.

Wonderful condo with gorgeous views

The condo is exactly as described. Very spacious with modern furniture and decorations. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The views of the bay were very relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. The causeway to Sanibel Island was very close and convenient. Lori was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond when we had questions.

Clean and Beautiful Location

The property was very clean (including the outside space), check-in was easy, and the host was readily available when we needed to communicate. The views were spectacular - we had several dolphin sightings! Most negatives were all hurricane related, completely out of the host's control. It was wonderful for us but, a few things to be aware of for future guests: (1) The water is not for swimming off the beach and the beach itself is very limited in length. It's great for a very short walk and beach lounge chairs are available for sun bathing - if you want a swimming beach, you'll have to drive to something on Sanibel or in Fort Myers proper. (2) If you're looking to have food delivered, InstaCart and GrubHub deliver. However, DoorDash and most of the local businesses did not. That being said, you have the Marriott within easy walking distance (although we didn't find their food to be very good) and there is a fantastic restaurant (Bimini's Bait Shack) at the end of the hotel driveway (we walked and drove depending on the weather). (3) The second bedroom (with the two beds) is not really meant to sleep adults and the closet in that room is pretty difficult to use (blocked by the bed, doesn't fully slide open, and is full of beach items). Since it was just me and my mom, we only used the main bedroom closet and, if we had not been forced to evacuate because of Milton, I would probably have tried using the couch pullout instead of staying in the second bedroom the whole time.

Wonderful updated condo on the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unit! It is updated with beautiful beach colors. From the screened in lanai, you have a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway with all the boats going by! There’s a great pool and a beach right out front too. We really had a great Spring break here!

Amazing condo

We stayed for a week with 3 young kids ages 3-7 and the condo was great; location, cleanliness, communication with the owner, and amenities. The pool and beach front were great and we had family we visited in Sanibel and the location was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

Family Trip

The condo was exactly as described and clean. Loved the location, little beach and pool. There were beach toys, chairs and umbrella in the 2nd bedroom which were a nice bonus. I would suggest putting these items in the description(I personally look for this when booking properties makes for less packing/buying when traveling with kids). Overall, our stay was good. One major complaint was maintenance emptying the dumpster 3-4 mornings at 6:30AM. It was extremely loud, lasted 15ish minutes and woke us ALL up for the day. 6:30am unwanted wake up on vacation with kids several times during our stay is very frustrating.

Much needed getaway

We were impressed with this property as soon as we walked in. Very clean. Nice little beach area for the kids to play. Very quiet and serene. Beautiful sunsets. They are still rebuilding from the hurricane but it is still a very nice place to visit. Beautiful.

Wonderful condo and location!!

This condo, the location, and communications with the owner was five stars from beginning to end. Spacious condo with plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. The condo is beautifully decorated, updated with new appliances and comfortable linens. The private beach is a peaceful spot to watch boats cruise the water without the commotion of a public beach. The sunsets each evening were breathtaking! We would definitely stay again!!
