Welcome to our Villa New Starshine
Enjoy a relaxing holiday under the Florida sun and treat yourself to an unforgettable holiday.
Our modern villa was built this year and is very exclusive and tastefully furnished. The villa is located in the south west of Cape Coral and has a south-west orientation, so that even during the winter months sunny hours are secured by the pool. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. Equipped with three quiet bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms of a large, fully equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area as well as a modern living room, the house has about 220 sqm of living space. As children are welcome, there is a high chair, baby cot and toys. The large terrace with a pool / whirlpool with a child-friendly low-water zone has a dining table and a seating group for 6 persons in the covered area as well as 5 relaxation areas. A new 4 Falmmen Gas Grill is at our guests' disposal. The pool can be secured by a children's fence.
Let yourself be inspired by our beautiful Villa New Starshine. Very central location, 5 minutes to the shopping center and restaurants as well as 5 minutes to the Cape Harbor, where you can end the evening with candle-lit dinner, cocktail bar and ice-cream romantic


 Our house is centrally located and is just minutes from Cape Coral beach. Since we spend several times a year vacation with our daughter in our villa, the house has a perfect decor and an indescribable charm. We have tried to make an unforgettable holiday for our guests in a beautiful house.
We are sure that the Villa Starshine will be remembered.


Pool and whirlpool: You can be sure that there are no wishes left open. Pool and whirlpool can be electrically heated. We planned the pool with children's area. Here the water depth is very low, so that their toddlers can safely splash in the water. If necessary, a pool can be provided by our landlord before arrival. A large electric grill invites to the barbecue.


Leisure activities: In close proximity you will find many leisure activities according to every taste. All watersports, a large aquatic amusement park, beautiful beaches such as Sunibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The small Cape Coral beach is just 3 km away. In a few minutes you can reach Cape Harbor, where you can eat in a chic restaurant, conquer cocktails or perhaps find refreshment in the ice cream parlor. In the evening, the evening can be romanticized. Shopping malls like the Edison in Fort Myers or the Miromar Outlet are about 30 minutes away. To Orlando to countless recreational parks they drive in approximately 2 1/2 Autostunden.

The rental price refers to four persons. Each additional person is charged with 15, - $ per day. Children under 12 years are not charged.
There are also the final cleaning. The usual in Florida
Tax of 11% is already included.
We do not charge surcharges for Easter and Christmas holidays.

Took the family down to FL for thanksgiving weekend. We were impressed the moment we walked in. The house was nice, a great water view, and the we felt right at home. The property manager was very helpful and we will definitely be back!

Tolles Haus - wunderschöne Poollandschaft

Die Anzeige/Beschreibung verspricht nicht zu viel, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden, besonders die KĂŒche lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Selbst wenn man selbst kochen oder backen möchtet, hier findet man alle Utensilien dafĂŒr. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind atemberaubend schön und wir haben dort jede Minute genossen. Auch die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort war großartig.

2 week chill out vacation (NO THEME PARKS ON THE AGENDA)

Having done the whole Orlando theme park thing and with our twin girls just having done the GCSE's we wanted a holiday that was all about just spending time as a family in a villa. Boy did we find the right place. Clean, modern, well equipped, and very quiet & peaceful. Sabine (the property manager) came to meet us on our first full day, she was very helpful and informative, and she emphasised not to hesitate to give her a call if we needed her or needed anything sorting out. We did have an A/C issue which was fixed within the day, so all good on that front. Wen you are having the A/C on basically al day every day you have to accept that things can go wrong now and again. Last place we rented was in Orlando, and this Villa outshone it by miles and miles. There was every utensil that you could need, we had no real plans to be cooking at home every day, but you could easily have done so, there is everything you could need. This is by no means a negative, but it is something that maybe needs hi-lighting in the Villa description, it is a 3 Bed villa, but the 3rd Bedroom is actually independent from the main house. It was a great bedroom, with it's own amenities, but that wasn't clear in the description when we booked it. We love Florida, would we book here again..... Absolutely, we are already planning when we will be back.... Loved the Villa, all 4 of us did, can't say enough good things, review space not big enough......

Exquisite vacation home experience

From check-in to welcome meeting with the property manager to an entire week of feeling completely “at home” The New Starshine exceeded all of our expectations. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, fully stocked with absolutely everything a family would need to be completely comfortable. The beds are sumptuous with a top of the line mattress and thick/luxurious bedding. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the infinity edge pool along with the hot tub. The welcome fruit arrangement lasted us all week and was a very unexpected touch. Manager is close by and very communicative if you need anything or have any questions. We will absolutely be booking again and base our vacation around this home’s availability. We thank the owners and property manager for anticipating every little need. This has been a truly exceptional VRBO experience! 100% would do again!

A Great Stay At Your House

Upon arrival, we were completely amazed with the beautiful house and pool/spa. We felt at home with all the amenities. When we went to the beach, there were chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take along. Another day when we were there we had a very enjoyable bike ride through the neighborhood, using bicycles that were in the garage. We had friends that visited us at the house, and they too were awestruck with the domicile. Each evening we would sit in the spa and marvel at the gorgeous sunsets. We would love to come and visit Florida again and stay in this house.

Last Minute Holiday Vacation Opportunity in Cape Coral

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious European style villa/home. It was so clean and elegant, and filled with lovely art. Being on the canal was awesome and the screened-in back yard with infinity pool and hot tub was so nice. We really appreciated all the amenities and uncommon touches, like the bowl of fresh fruit that we nibbled on the entire week and the well stocked kitchen (including condiments and tons of spices). They had a large bluetooth speaker for us to use. The beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were good. Property mgr. Sabine was nice, responsive and helpful. We’d love to visit Villa StarShine again!

We love this property and this is our second time here. Property manager is alway amazing. Owners send us a Christmas card every year which we love. They make it feel like it’s your home away from home. We love the huge fruit basket they always leave their guest. Amazing highly recommend.

Amazing vacation

Our vacation was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The house was even better than pictured. The majority of our time was spent outside by the pool. We also took a few trips to get ice cream on the bikes, and drove over to Sanibel a couple times. I must say the house was incredibly supplied with anything necessary (thank you), communication before and during our stay was fantastic, there wasn't anything we couldn't find (except a extra days). Thank you so much for sharing your home. We enjoyed every moment!!!!!!!

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Als erstes muss erwĂ€hnt sein, dass es sich bei der Familie Gramlich um einen Top-Vermieter handelt, der ĂŒber die Erwartungen hinaus geht. Beste Vorabinformationen und beste Kommunikation ist inklusive. Das Haus war Top sauber und ist bestens ausgestattet. Es finden sich sehr viele kleine Details und EinrichtungsgegenstĂ€nde, die dafĂŒr sorgen, dass man sich wie zu Hause fĂŒhlen kann. Neben dem Haus fanden direkt Bauarbeiten statt, der LĂ€rm beschrĂ€nkte sich jedoch auf wenige Stunden am Vormittag und sollten auch bald abgeschlossen sein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wĂŒrden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Beste Empfehlung von unserer Seite fĂŒr dieses tolle Haus.

Awesome estate!

Great Villa, well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything seemed to be new and well maintained. There was one bummer though: there was a construction site next door which impacted our vacation with dust and noise. But it was not that bad as it might sound. And once they‘re done building the house, I would definitely go again. Also, the owners / landlords of the rented villa as well as the property management on site and even the pool guys were super friendly and helped immediately when help was needed. Long story short: If you want to have a great time in Cape Coral and if you‘re looking for a nice villa: „New Starshine“ is definitely the place to go!

Wunderschönes Haus und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Super nette Gastgeber, zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es einen Obstkorb. Vor Ort gab es einen Ansprechpartner, der sehr nett war und jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung stand. Sogar fĂŒr den Strand Besuch ist das Haus ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ganz zu schweigen ist einfach ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Exquisite Getaway

Stunning home for our Christmas vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful and in a very desirable location. We spent most of our time just enjoying the weather and quality family time on the spacious lanai. Holger and Silvia were perfect hosts answering all of our questions in a timely fashion, prior to our arrival. Sabine was equally excellent during our stay, making sure all accommodations exceeded our expectations. From the time we arrived everything was better than promised. We cannot say enough good things about Sabine, she was extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The pool and views are amazing along with having a ground floor access to everything makes for great functionality between indoor and outdoor space. Publix and dollar general are just down the street along with a short drive to lobster lady and rum runners. Thank you for a great anniversary! Hope to come again next year.
