Beautiful apartment located on the 6th floor of a 1920's historic building in Historic Downtown Fort Myers. You can walk out the front door to a multitude of different restaurants, bars, theaters, and nightclubs. you can simply stroll along the Caloosahatchee River. You can also take a short walk to visit Thomas Edisons and Firestone's winter homes. There is not a lack of anything to do in downtown Fort Myers.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

We manage this property for the owners and will be available by phone, text or email on the Airbnb App during your stay. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app.

Downtown Fort Myers has a relaxed atmosphere and is loved by visitors and locals alike. You could not be more central with this apartment and have restaurants, bars and shops on your doorstop. The Marina on the Caloosahatchee river is a couple of blocks away. Oxbow restaurant has seating on the riverside and is great for a treat night (reservations recommended), and for amazing views the Sky Bar at the Luminary Hotel is worth checking out!
Izzy's Fish & Seafood restaurant, is across the road and is a fav place.
Check the schedule for events and exhibitions at the Sydney Berne Arts Centre (located directly opposite the Apartment Building), and you may find yourself in town for Art Walk, Music Walk, or Bike Night, held regularly during season.

Please note: there is no specific parking for this apartment building, however there is a loading zone in front of the building for unloading luggage, and there is a paid parking garage a 2 minute walk from the building.

It did the job!

We stayed for a weekend long baseball tournament. My only complaint is it was loud at night until about 1am
 every night. There is a museum across the street and they had a party on the roof Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun night!!

In the heart of downtown

This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!

Great 2b in an outstanding location

Family wedding in Ft Myers and this unit had everything we could have hoped for!Clean and everything worked as expected. The location was perfect for ceremony and reception however I would suggest that this location would be perfect for a long weekend too! Explore the fine establishments all within walking distance or drive 40 minutes (depending on traffic) to the beach! An extremely reasonable public garage is less than two blocks away. Don’t be afraid of the elevator. It groans and moves slow like many of us but it get the job done!
