This was the first time I had used a check in / check out kiosk. I did not find it difficult to use and there was a human available if there were any issues. Property was well maintained and clean. A/C was a little noisy but kept the room nice and cool.

This hotel was by far the absolute worst! We were shown 3 rooms by a rude front desk employee which were dirty old and smelled of tobacco We never checked in however we were informed we would be charged for 1 night in reality we were charged for the entire stay. I would not check into anyplace as horrible as that hotel is.

Breakfast was horrible scrambled eggs everyday toaster didn’t work. Cereal no bowls available. Hot water for tea was lukewarm. They advertised a hot breakfast.
