I f tiedind it hard to understand how a hotel would leave a working thermostat in a guest room that isn't connected to the rooms actual AC unit. Too tired and late to call for a different room I suffered a poor night's sleep.

The airport shuttle is not exactly what they portray. It isn’t in an exact schedule. It doesn’t even go to the airport hourly. Staff wasn’t super friendly. There was no information given on check in about the hotel like where the pool is or fitness center.

The people were great, but the property has gone downhill since I first started staying there many years ago. In fact, in our room the bathroom door did not completely close and the remedy was to add a rod closure that reached to where it was needed. Unfortunately, this made the door very easy to unlock from outside in the room.

I reserved a pool view room 214…you can’t see the pool because trees are right in front of the window..room 214 doesn’t need to be a pool view room..robbing people money

The pool was nice but closed for almost two days for paver cleaning, was very disappointed. The room was good but had to ask or supplies due to cleaning staff seemingly suppliying the same things regardless of need.

Our tv didn’t work correctly during our stay. An engineer attempted to repair but it was not. After 2 nights, They offered to move us to another room. Why not just move a working tv to our room? We were leaving the next morning anyway.

Staff were excellent. Only complaint is the TV. Buffering on most channels. They did sent a maintenance man to look at it. He told us that that has been an ongoing issue due to wiring within the hotel walls.
