This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good however it would have been even better if they offered some different items each day. The pool area and pool were kept clean. The cookies served each evening were delicious! I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

I chose this property as it is close to the person I was visiting in Fort Myers. I had an accessible room due to mobiibty issues. The room bathroom was fitted with many safety handles. My only question is why a tub instead of a shower for easy access. I was able to maneuver and other than that the stay and facility were excellent.

We arrived late after 10 pm and the TV was so dark could not see the picture. My husband went down and asked if they could fix it and they said no one was there to repair it or take a look. We said that was fine but was disappointed and they could take a look at it the next day when we left in the morning. We arrived back again late that night and the TV was still not repaired after have all day!! Was upset since they had 8 hours to get it fixed. My husband went back down and they called the maintenance man when asked if he repaired the TV he said why and the front desk person explained that my husband had a video and the TV looked exactly the same as it did last night. He said that he repaired it and it was fine. The manager gave us a credit for two nights, which was great now I have only a partial refund which is being credited. This is a place we stay all the time and have never had a problem until now.
