Perfect location

Perfect location. Beach is well maintained and hotel is close to shopping and food. Parking can be a little tight on weekends as well. Only downside is a room above the bar is loud and can't sit on patio without smelling cigarette smoke. Would definitely visit again.

We stayed in 4 different rooms during our stay and have enjoyed them all! The staff are AMAZING!! Jera, this girl is a rockstar and is always so friendly and kind… she also contains a wealth of knowledge about the property, surrounding areas, and everything in between! One suggestion I have is to leave a broom in each room for all the sand that comes up from the beach. The beachfront is always super clean and loaded with lots of friendly staff. We went parasailing for the first time and let me tell ya- these people are pros! We’ve been here on a few vacations now and we won’t be stopping now! Thank you Lani Kai for all that you’ve done for my family these past few vacations!

Property was great, several dining options. The only suggestion I have is that you leave a broom and dustpan in rooms so guests can sweep up sand and not have to have housekeeping do it.

Horrible customer service. Liza, more specifically. Our ac didn’t work the night we checked in so they gave us a box fan. The next day they said they were at max capacity and couldn’t give us another room. Had tonight them for a refund.
No ac so they gave us one box fan. Room never cooled less than 82 degrees.

I'm a resident of Florida and decided to stay on the beach with my son who was visiting. I was impressed with the newly renovated rooms. I would certainly stay again!! They take pride in the care of the beach. I enjoyed watching the sweeping of the beach and set up they go thru each day for visitors. Murals were AWESOME!!!
