We upgraded our home amenities to take your vacation experience to another level. We have transformed the house into an elegant and comfortable vacation home. Located at the heart of Fort Myers you will be literally near everything, shopping centers, great restaurants, and less than 15 minutes away from the beach and the airport. An open concept home that will make your family enjoy and have great time! Over 2400 square feet, 4 beds, 3 baths... pool and jacuzzi, BBQ area and much more! Will you miss that?

Ps. For our guests safety there are two outdoor cameras. One in the front of the property and one in the back.

Overall the house was good. We were bummed about the extra fee for the pool and hot tub and it was super chilly so we really needed it warm which took a few days to figure out but host was responsive. House worked pretty well for kids, a lock higher up on door to the pool was our only issue!. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities and the beds were very comfy.

Convenient and Accommodating

My family of 8 were in town for my sons wedding. This house worked out great for us. Very close to just about everything we needed. Plenty of space for a large group yet plenty of privacy when necessary. Would recommend and stay again.

Great experience

Our group of 4 friends came down for spring training games and stayed the week at this beautiful home. It met our needs perfectly. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The property actually exceeded my friend’s expectations. A great stay with lots of laughs.

Nice size home plenty of space for everyone. Quite neighborhood but still close to restaurants and stores. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Outdoor space was wonderful we spent much of our time out back playing board games or in the hot t/p00oltub/pool⁷

Dump in a dump neighborhood

The place is a dump and the surrounding area was awful. The kitchen was kinda redone but everything else was super old. Also.. zero still or chairs around the bar, The kitchen is updated, but the rest of the house meets tremendous work. The area outside by the pool side yard, which is completely dilapidated and dangerous

Short trip for Wedding

The house is one of the nicest on the street however, the houses that surround are junky. Neighbor directly across the street was policing our coming and going, giving us unwanted instructions about the recycle bin (very obvious it was a recycle bin) and policing how we entered the driveway with our SUV. Baby raccoon in the roof during the day. Rat/large mouse outside of screening of pool at night. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom only (sleeps 10, we had 8 adults and that is not enough toilet paper for 8 adults.) One roll of paper towel. Minimal trash bags 2-3? Location was near to a lot. Time estimates to various locations was correct. Property manager was responsive with answers during our stay. Fair experience overall.
