Come stay and play at our home away from home - Serenity Riverside. This waterfront, gulf access home is in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Yacht Club beach and a TRITOON BOAT available to rent. Take advantage of the indoor/outdoor living and remodeled interior. The living room is comfy with a sectional, chair and 55 inch flat screen. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flatscreen TV. The pool is huge! and is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the HOT TUB on the lanai. We Provide two adult bikes, so you can enjoy a riding our bikes to the beach, bars, restaurants, & grocery store. Come to play or just relax at Serenity Riverside.

Bedroom 1-King size bed including all linens, dresser, two nightstands, flatscreen tv, attached bathroom, and alarm clock.
Bedroom 2-Queen size bed including all linens, dresser, two nightstands, flatscreen tv, sitting area, alarm clock, and shared bath.
Bedroom 3-One full size bed and one twin size bed including all linens (bunk style), flatscreen tv, and shared bath.
All TVs are streaming content, no cable TV.

**BOAT DETAILS**: The Bentley Tritoon (Seats up to 10) is available to add to your stay. The boat can be rented for $299 per day plus tax and orientation (4 day minimum). You must be born before Jan 1, 1988 to drive the boat and have two year's experience. The boat rental company will provide an invoice and rental agreement. We need advance notice prior to your arrival to schedule the boat for you.

NEED TO KNOW:
POOL: The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge in the winter (Nov 1-April 15th). If you would like it heated higher, it is $50 per week.
FOR LITTLE ONES: Pack and play and portable highchair available upon request for no additional fee.
DOGS: Up to two small dogs or one large dog are allowed (no aggressive breeds per insurance), with a $149 flat fee per stay. Just click pets when you checkout on your reservation.
