We Loved it!

This property was great! We loved that it was in a more remote area. The Ocean was just right outside, and the beach was stunning. It was so far removed from the tourist types that it was perfect. The owners were so easy to work with and we really appreciated that. Definitely worth the price!

Great Condo

We really like the condo location---1/2 way between Vero and Ft. Pierce. Although the building is older than others around it, the condo has been updated and is clean and well stocked for an extended stay. We also liked the water filtration system which eliminated the need to buy bottled water. Finally, you can't beat the beach front location!! Lane was always quick to respond and assist us however necessary. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach condo

Enjoy your morning coffee on the 5th floor overlooking the morning sunset or the occasional far away rocket launches in the evenings from Cape Canaveral. Many awesome local restaurants, close Publix grocery store, Saturday Farmers Market, and local seafood! Condo had all the paper products, cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs, kitchen supplies including trays and metal bbq tongs for the grills by the pool. Lane was a gracious host. Other residents are friendly.

All the boxes checked!

This is a lovely property in a great location. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were surprised to even find some toiletries and cleaning supplies; small sound machine in each bedroom; air purifier for each bedroom. The closet in the guest room had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogy board, fishing pole, kids' toys - so much! The living room seating was very comfortable. King bed was great; bunk beds in guest room were also comfy. Good pillows, good bedding. The kitchen has good cookware and appliances. Wifi and satellite TV (with DVR) were both great. We had a problem with the living room TV and Lane was wonderful in getting it replaced. Pool area is nice and grounds well maintained. 2 gas grills for use. We were here for just short of 3 months (short because of the Coronavirus pandemic). Lane was great to work with - easy to reach, prompt to answer back. The property manager here and others are so friendly and nice. It's a keeper!

Very Nice, Fantastic Location, Beautiful View!

The condo at Ocean Harbor South was very nice, upgraded throughout and just as described. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was clean. Jess and Lane Harlan were wonderful and made sure that everything in the unit was in excellent working order. They left a welcome basket for arrival which we very much appreciated. We would stay there again.
