91-120 days prior to check-in date - $200 or 15% of reservation, whichever is greater*
61-90 days prior to check-in date - 50% of all monies received will be retained*
0-60 days prior to check-in date - NO REFUND
*processing fees are non-refundable

25%: Deposit Due at time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
50%: 120 Days Prior to Check-in.
25%: 60 Days prior to Check-In: Balance of Reservation, Cleaning Fee and $500 Refundable Security Deposit
