        Inviting family retreat with a seasonal saltwater pool, gymnasium and privacy

        This spacious 3,200 square foot home features five acres of land, seven bedrooms, 3 full baths, 3 half baths, in ground saltwater swimming pool, a building with all wooden indoor gymnasium, and a wraparound deck. Located just outside of historic Fort Recovery, it is a perfect location for your next family reunion or friend get-away, bachelor/ bachelorette parties. Enjoy the pool and campfires in the summer and indoor gymnasium winter. Wonderful for large families and for kids!
        The main floor features a large kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of dining seating including breakfast nook, and a formal dining room. The living room features a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after an enjoyable day. The main floor also includes a bedroom, half and full bathroom.
        The second floor features a large master suite with a bathroom that has custom cabinetry and large jetted tub. The large third bedroom, also located on the second floor, has three queen beds that can sleep six. The spacious fourth bedroom, on the second floor, has a king bed, baby crib, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer.
        The basement includes a large living area, a ping pong table, three more bedrooms, a full bathroom and another washer and dryer. The three basement bedrooms have a king, queen/full trundle, and a queen bed.
        The walkout basement leads to the heated in-ground saltwater pool. (3 ft to 10 ft deep) Pool is open from early May until late September
        Finally, full access to the detached building that includes a full size all wooden volleyball court, basketball hoops on each end, a loft overlooking the court with a wet bar, a lounge area, a workout area, pool table and half bath. Some gym ball provided. Note: Your safety matters. An exterior camera is pointed at the driveway. The camera does not look at any interior spaces.

        Great stay with the Guys!
        Overall a perfect Bachelor Party for us 25 - 55 year old guys! Basketball, Firepit, cooking out, Pool and more! Highly recommend if you plan for a one stop place of bringing your food, booze, and fun!

        Great location, great house..wish the bathrooms were set up differently but fantastic stay..lots to keep kids and adults happy. Clean and lots of room to spread out. The town is supper cute. Loved our stay.

        Fantastic property
        I'm happy to have found this unique getaway. It was perfect for a long weekend with family. The gym was in use constantly! Everyone enjoyed basketball, volleyball, pickleball and the favorite--kids vs. adults dodgeball. Hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool and beautiful setting!

        We had another great weekend of family time together. As always the kids loved the hot tub and the gym. Dodgeball, basketball,pool,ping pong! Also the house has had many updates since last year and it looked really nice. It was nice enough we had a fire going all weekend outside in the fore pit.         Rinker Family Christmas 2023
        Lots of opportunities for all kinds of activities such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, ping pong, pool, and hot tub were enjoyed. There was Plenty of room for seating to gather for games of all kinds, for visiting, and for meals or just relaxing. We didn’t leave the property except to take a walk in the park next door and go to church which is really close too. A great place anyone would enjoy.

        So much space...Loved the gym!
        There was so much space and we loved the gym. We got lucky with weather and the kids ran around outside some too. We wanted to try the fireman's pole, but we didn't want to try it in front of the "littles" and we forgot, so only one used it. So cool.. We had smores at the fire-ring. They loved the gym. we played basket ball and volleyball. The Garage/room by the gym was perfect when we wanted to see the action in the gym, but keep the littlest out from underfoot. The loft was also amazing. We loved that there was 3 Christmas trees on the property. Also, nice was the 3 refrigerators. We made use of the grill one day and the hot tub. There were so many tables. These came in handy for our making Christmas ornaments and other crafts. There was no shortage of seating on any level. The recliners and sectional were comfortable. Comfortable beds. The 3 and 4 year old, found the cement fox in the tree line and made "Band-Aids" out of leaves for it's "boo-boos". That was a fun thing...so you could have a "fox hunt" for the little ones. They were tickled and had to go and tell it "bye" before they left. The home was well equipped. We also liked that it had a regular coffee maker and Keurig. We played some of the games as well.. One of the 10 year olds had a birthday while we were there. He sent me a video later, with a couple of pictures from our trip, that said, "thanks for the happiest day of my life". It really was nice. The gym was unforgettable. One for the books.
