We did not experience food options, but the king bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the noon check-out rather than 11 a.m. and ample parking. It also had adequate plug-ins, both standard and USB. Overall, my husband and I were impressed with our stay.

Although I have given a good rating for the property, I am sad to say that we were robbed of our items stored and strapped in on the roof rack. There were others that got robbed as well. Seems to have been done by professionals. We lost many items and one was a sentimental crocheted bed cover that my nana had made for me. I was bringing it down to give to my sister as she lost her home and all contents in the scotch creek fire two years ago. The other stuff can be replaced but this cannot and it will mean nothing to the low life scum that stole our stuff. Perhaps we were a bit naive in thinking that our things would be safe, but really one should not have to worry about this.

A very nice hotel and super helpful and friendly staff. I wish the games room had a bit more stuff because we were going to book a hotel with a pool for our 7 year old and then we saw this has a games area and chose it based on that but there's only ping pong and a couple of hockey nets so that was disappointing. The area the hotel is located in is pretty sketchy (but that's not the hotels fault). The room was nicely updated except the bathtub, the heated floors in the washroom were a nice touch too. The windows need to be replaced, they don't seal and the street noise is quite loud. Also it's probably time for new air conditioner units, ours worked but we had to keep turning it on and off to get it to continue cooling otherwise it would kick off and stop working (this could be how the unit works or user error I will admit, I didn't mention this to the front desk staff as we were able to get it to work so not a big deal). The restaurant was really good, friendly staff and very tasty food! We did a late lunch and then room service for a later dinner and the complimentary breakfast. Otherwise a good stay :-)

I get these check in emails that require my infor, proof of ID and cc info and then when I get to the desk, they ask for everything again! Kind of annoying I have to do it on line and again when I get there!
