The staff here are all lovely. The rooms are lovely and clean. The only thing about the room is that the big curtain can’t close all the way and we prefer a blacked out room so other than that the room was nice. The hot tub and gym are wonderful. The pool is freezing though

Hotel needs some work. Some areas (doors mainly) shoddy when opening / operating. The room was fine, but it would be nice to have some USB or Lightning charging ports.

We had a king suite, which was roomy, and had a great kitchen with a full sized fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom had solid lighting, and lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, and there was a large window (unfortunately just a view of the parking lot). There was also a good-sized living room area. Staff were friendly upon check-in and check-out. It was close to the main street, and dining. The only negative was the hot tub was not working (I noticed this on their website after we had booked).

I’ll always stay at this hotel this is a first for having a room where the walls were dirty. I understand that the beds do get wore out but this one was hard and lumpy.
