We had a wonderful stay at Fort Davis Inn & RV Park. The location is excellent—quiet, peaceful, and perfectly situated for exploring Fort Davis, the Davis Mountains, and nearby attractions like the observatory and state park. The property is well maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable. The staff truly stood out—they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure our stay was enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The calm atmosphere and convenient location made this a perfect place to relax and enjoy West Texas. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Davis

We stayed 2 nights. When we arrived things looked fine and check in was good. The facility and room were clean. We unpacked and left for the evening. We returned late, got ready for bed and wanted to watch a little TV. We could not get the remote or TV to work so we called the desk. They came and tried another remote but could not get the smart tv to work either. The man mentioned they were having trouble with it and several other TVs in other rooms.... so why did they even give us that room in the first place? He offered to put us in another room, but as i said we were unpacked and in bed. The next day, we knew was going to be long and late so we did not bother changing rooms. When we got back pretty late we realized there was a hole/crack in the bath tub. It would not hold water and even using it as a shower would leak water all over the floor, so being so late we just went to bed. The next morning I told the front desk of the issues and let her know that switching rooms so late would not have been convenient at all and asked if they could give us a credit/ consession. She said since we paid in advance with Expedia she was unable to give us a credit or any type of refund. Again, the room was clean and adequate. The location was as descibed and what we expected. The problems were as I stated and they were not willing to give a partial refund of any kind. Not good business in my book!
