This is our master suite located off the laundry room. Private entrance from the side of the home, access to the laundry room with a locked door for your privacy. Recent update with full sized refrigerator/freezer . 1 King bedroom, full couch, flat screen Roku tv, WiFi, table for 2-3, private walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double vanity. Onsite parking, central AC and heat controlled by you. Kitchenette has coffee pot, toaster oven that toasts, bakes, broil and microwave. 2 drawer stand dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, cups & glasses for you comfort. Condiments include coffee. You have access to 2 outdoor sitting areas. There is a large walk in closet for pet kennels and pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee. Backyard is fenced. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, coolers & beach blanket. We have 2 EV charging stations: 1 level 1 and 1 Level 2 fast charger that is 5 amp. We charge a minimal fee for use during your stay.

The host answers quickly. The property is clean and quiet. The location is good. I didn’t like the shower head but that’s just my preference there’s nothing wrong with it. They have a Keurig which I love. It’s just a nice place to be. There’s a huge tree that drops acorns everywhere and that attracts squirrels I enjoyed watching them. There’s a porch swing under the pergola and I enjoyed sitting there.

Lovely studio. My husband and I enjoyed the neighborhood, we walked in the evenings. Only a few minutes from the beach if traffic is lite. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Spot

First time staying in an attached private room. Was worried about noise and privacy , but no issues at all. It was perfect for our needs and the hosts have everything you need to eat in the room if desired, and stuff for the beach. Bathroom is lovely and they were very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again.

Ft Walton Trip

Had a wonderful time in Ft Walton Beach. We were able to bring the dog and visit the children and grandchildren. Found dog friendly restaurants and a few dog parks. A very pleasant stay!

Great little room for a couple.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. We appreciated the garden area to sit outside in and the use of the laundry facilities since we stayed for 10 days. It was nice that the TV was a smart TV so we could use streaming services. The bed was comfortable and having the dishes to use for snacks was handy. Our hosts were great. It was more of a studio, which was a surprise, probably my fault not reading close enough. But it was very adequately furnished. We had a relaxing time since there was several inches of snow in the Panhandle of Fl., which had never been experienced before in Fl.Over all was good.

Convenient to everything, and close to a massage school where you can book a massage for $35/hr

Overall, we had a great stay. The jacuzzi was a plus. Comfortable bed. The place has pretty much have what we need. The hosts are very kind and friendly and made sure we had a greatest experience at our stay. Great communication with the hosts.

There 5 nights to visit family. The location was perfect. The bathroom was excellent, both shower & tub. King bed! Wonderful place even for morning coffee. On our list as a place to stay in Fort Walton Beach.

It was a great and quite stay. The room is very clean and has everything you need. The only thing is the was the water pressure from the shower ladies if you have long hair only use a bit of shampoo or else youll be rinsing it out for ages
