One California King bed in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 4 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 37" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
