314 Island Princess - Beach, Pool, Spa, Balcony!

Island Princess beachfront resort is the perfect place for your ideal vacation!

Our unit offers 1089 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the convenient 3rd floor with direct pool and beach access. Elevator is within steps of front door! We have free covered parking with assigned spot and free general parking if you have an additional vehicle.

There is a nice size balcony with room to enjoy a meal or relaxation watching the ocean activities. Our pool is heated seasonally and has a hot tub. No glass is allowed by the pool.

Island Princess provides free daily beach service from March through October, and sets are available to rent from the beach attendants during season. A small cooler is provided for your use to take snacks to the beach. Enjoy the sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island with some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!

Inside, the unit has been updated with granite kitchen and bath countertops, privacy draperies, paint, and new linens. There is one king bed and a set of twin beds. You can sleep four comfortably. You will need to request permission for additional occupancy if you have infants or toddler in excess of the four-person maximum capacity.

A Ring doorbell is installed by the front door capable of both audio and visual. Absolutely no tampering with the Ring doorbell is permitted, including but not limited to dismantling, covering it, etc.

The Island Princess maintains overnight security on sight. There is quiet time in effect from 11pm to 7am to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Both full bathrooms have shower/tub combinations. Each bedroom has a television and there’s a washer/dryer in the unit.

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We include both Keurig and regular coffee makers. The dining table seats six, and extra seating at the large breakfast bar. We provide starter supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, and soaps.

There is an exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills.

Due to severe allergies, there are no pets of any kind allowed!

Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the patio or in the unit. You will need to go out to the parking area to smoke. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Exceeding four quests within the unit is against house rules.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only in high season.

Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/Ft. Walton airport (VPS), and only 7 miles from downtown Destin. There are many excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit in the area.

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect. It was immaculate, one of the cleanest we've ever stayed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Cheri was very responsive to any questions we had. We'd love to go back.

It was wonderful to wake up to a beautiful view of gulf and to sip coffee on the deck. Feeling no urgency to plan the day aside from when to walk down and claim our spot on the beach we relaxed and enjoyed “beach time”. We didn’t cook much aside from making a light breakfast, but enjoyed walking to nearby Stewby’s for yummy fish dinners. We rented a car which afforded us the opportunity to branch out to local restaurants such as Peppers. We highly recommend their delicious Mexican fare and we thank Cheri for her recommendation. With smart phones and navigation it’s easier to find where the locals eat. We enjoyed our week at the beach and we definitely hope to return one day.

Perfect for Families!

The property was beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. There were movies and games for rainy days. There were also a few sand toys and boogie boards. There were extra throw blankets and even a pack-n-play in the closet. It was perfectly set up for families. There was a starter amount of paper towels, TP, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand soap, and trash bags stocked in the condo but it was more than enough for a week. The only thing we needed more of was TP. The location was perfect. Okaloosa is peaceful and less congested than Destin. There are plenty of shops and great dining options near by. The drive to Destin or Fort Walton is easy if you want to go there. The beach is perfect and just steps away. The condo offers beach service and it was so nice to have chairs and umbrellas already set up for you when you go out. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from the balcony. We saw dolphins from the balcony and turtles in the water right outside the condo. The property owner is very friendly and easy to communicate with. All around, this was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cheri was extremely helpful and prompt in responding. She gave several suggestions for restaurants and activities to enjoy while we were there. The condo offered a wonderful ocean view and is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee!! It was well equipped and came with many extras(games, books, etc). Would recommend without question.

Last spring break for my senior

We had a wonderful time. The place was absolutely immaculate and beautiful. It smelled incredibly clean when we walked in the door. Incredibly well stocked kitchen with all the gadgets and gizmos. The grounds was beautiful as well with fountains in several different places. So easy to work with the manager, very attentive and responsive to my request and questions.

Wonderful vacation!

This unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed, plus some extras. For example, plenty of coffee filters, salt, pepper, some spices, etc. The furniture was comfy, as well as the beds. We would definitely recommend this condo and will hopefully return sooner than later.

Awesome Experience

Everything about this booking was wonderful! The booking process was easy. Cheri responded quickly and answered all my questions. She gave lots of suggestions for the area also which helped since it was our first time in this area! The condo was wonderful. Very beautiful and well kept! Very clean and well stocked with very nice kitchen items and a wonderful washer and dryer! Also probably the best mattress we have ever slept on in a rental! The view was wonderful and the whole Island Princess complex was very well kept and everyone was so friendly! Having the beach chair and umbrella service was top notch! We would definitely stay here if we are back in the area!

April Anniversary Trip

This rental property was clean, convenient, and a relaxing place for us to spend our first anniversary. My husband and I loved how private the condo was and we loved being able to walk to some of the restaurants nearby as well as to the grocery store.
