If you're already in love with Aqua Villa Resort, you'll now have even more to love. A fresh new look and feel awaits after our resort restoration, so come on down to our Okaloosa Island gem and make some great new memories with us. Aqua Villa Resort, Unit 304 is perfectly settled along Okaloosa Islands Emerald Shoreline. With magnificent views of the Gulf Coast, you will fall in love with this beach front, 2 bedroom condo. Newly purchased and upgraded, Aqua Villa 304 offers direct beach views from your spacious living area.

Our 2 Bedroom beach condo is perfect for a family of 4-7. From the balcony entrance, you will immediately notice the clean and modern living space that will be your beach home getaway. The living room offers comfortable seating for everyone in your family. An adjoining full kitchen is perfectly convenient for cooking big meals or small. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and is adjoined to your own private master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed that can sleep two as well as a twin bed and has access to the second full bath with a tub/shower. The living room area features a queen sleeper sofa that will also sleep two.

The resort is moderate in size, resulting in more personal space, easier parking, and less noise. The pool is fenced and gated for privacy and security, and there is a grill area for cooking your favorite holiday meal. Beach Service is offered seasonally, March through October, providing a convenient and relaxing beach experience every day of your vacation. All of Destin's famous attractions are within only a few minutes' drive.

The condo is great! We loved the location, the easy access to the pool and beach without a lot of stairs. The condo itself is clean and spacious, very nice with 2 full bathrooms. We also LOVED having the complimentary chairs and umbrella so we didn't have to haul a lot of stuff to the beach. It is the perfect set up and we will be back to Aqua Villa for years to come, just maybe not this particular condo. ONLY drawbacks were the lack of private balcony and having to use community laundry, but honestly they aren't deal breakers considering the convenience of the condo. Definitely recommend!

Overall stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a beach-front experience. Only negatives for us were, there were dirty washcloths left in the guest bathroom hanging up from the previous guest and the pet throws need to be thrown out. They smelled horrible so we didn’t use them. We came prepared with our own pet throws. Otherwise, the condo was very clean. The communication was on point from start to finish. Highly recommend!!! This was a perfect place to stay. I love Ft. Walton and this property is located on the ocean...walk out the front door and gaze at God's beautiful handiwork. The pool was very enjoyable. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, great shower pressure and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Beach, Parking, and Shopping Convenience

No long walk down a boardwalk to the beach or parking. Large pool but liked the smallness of the complex. It's a few steps to the store. Nice having 2 beds in the second BDR. Primary BDR is really big but no ocean view. Living room and second BDR are the ocean views. Having the beach chairs is a plus also. The larger condo complexes are difficult to claim chairs even though the condo host says they are included. But this complex always had availability.

Wonderful view

The condo and views were perfect. Unfortunately, some the other amenities were lacking. The washer malfunctioned, the elevator had issues, the pool was dirty. Likely we will not stay at the condo in the future because we missed not having a balcony and want the washer and dryer in the condo. Thank you.

Perfect!

Loved this spot. Had a big window to be able to see the ocean and open it up to hear it. It was super clean. Convenient store right by the hotel. Ajs right down the road for some good seafood and live music. Great stay!
