Find yourself drifting into island time at Nautilus 1303. This lovely two bedroom, two bath unit has fabulous views of the sparkling emerald and turquoise waters - you will feel like you are on the beach! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, there's two queen beds in the second bedroom, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, makes Nautilus 1303 comfortably sleeps 6! Watch the pelicans dive and dolphins play in the morning as you enjoy your first cup of coffee on the spacious beachfront balcony. Nautilus 1303 is a great base for your adventures whether you want to try it all or doing nothing at all!  

Prep dinner in your huge, open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar, enjoy coffee on your large, private balcony, or use the wireless internet - you'll have no trouble relaxing here!

Beginning January 12 and continuing through March 6, 2026, Nautilus will be undergoing a concrete repair project. This timeline may extend depending on weather and the pace of repairs. Crews will need access to balconies, which will be communicated to guests as soon as we are given a timeline. There will be periods of daytime noise. Loud work will not begin before 9:00 a.m.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). At Nautilus, on-site management assures that your stay is safe and comfortable and will graciously handle your requests. There is an amazing heated pool, a BBQ area with grills and a picnic table, ample parking and a small market adjacent to the parking lot.

We loved our stay! I had a few non negotiables in renting a condo
clean, beautiful view, easy check in and out. This condo gets an A plus on all of those. It was a bit outdated but that didn’t matter to us. The beds were super comfy! Very clean, amazing view, easy check in and out. I messaged the team about a door and the response was almost instant. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient place to stay. Great vacation spot

I have stayed at the Nautilus twice. I will stay again. We were able to check into the condo a couple of hours early which really helped us out after traveling with a 1 year old. The condo is clean. Located right on the beach. The pool is nice. Check-in process was very easy. The ocean view is beautiful. We did not have any issues at all during our stay.

So much better than I anticipated

We went for a whole month. We have went to Florida for years but the first time in this area. It is perfect. Beautiful and laid back. The condo had the perfect view. It was exactly as pictured. It was very clean!! Never saw one bug! Very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Could use some updating but definitely easy to overlook!

Good Condo
 except for two of the three beds


The condo is decent for what we paid. However, if you’re looking for comfort when sleeping, the king bed in the primary bedroom is WORN OUT. Although it has a mattress topper, you can feel the deep indentations, and sagging on one side (maybe because the mattress has been turned to accommodate the poor shape of the mattress?), but it is terribly uncomfortable. In the bedroom with two queen beds, one of the bed’s bedframe appears to be attached to the headboard INCORRECTLY as it tilts forward when you sit on the end of the bed and the mattress and boxprings pop up, also making it uncomfortable). I detest leaving bad reviews and I share this one in hopes that the owners will find a way to soon replace the bad beds/mattresses because we would like to return again—this was our second year in a row and knew the beds were an issue the year before, but we thought we could deal with it
 Sadly, we are not interested in TRYING to sleep during what is supposed to be a relaxing vacation, so we do not plan to return until bed(s) are replaced and/or repaired because it was just too uncomfortable. The condo is decent otherwise and very clean.

Overall, the property was great. The condo overall is clean, but the couch needs to be replaced or deep cleaned as well as the two chairs in the living room. The carpet in the bedroom needs a good cleaning. But we really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful unit

This unit is ocean front. The condo itself was pretty quiet. We did have some issues with the unit which I communicated with RealJoy to be addressed after we checked out. I appreciated the numerous texts and emails from RealJoy which made the check in/out process very simple. We will definitely book the unit we stayed in again. We had a wonderful vacation.

Awesome Stay

The condo had the most beautiful views of the beach. It was big enough for our family of 4, close enough to Destin to easily be able to go do things there, but far enough away we didn’t have all the traffic. We will be back for future vacations! The washer and dryer are noisy, but we made it work!

It served the purpose. Shower and bed. It looks as if it has original furnishings from 1980. Very much needs updating ! Washer, dryer and dishwasher were so loud you could hardly hear TV ( which was a 32" in main living:( ) Great view and large balcony were the pluses.

Fantastic View !

The view was amazing ! We seen Dolphins every day. Sting Rays . got to witness a sea turtle being filmed by a drone. Surfers . i love walking on the beach collecting shells. Not many big ones here. But we did get lots a small ones and even found a sand dollar. Cant say enought about the Beach ❀❀❀. The condo was nice. But needed a few updates . the carpet and sofa needs a good cleaning or replaced. We had trouble with the TV on second day and the were right out to help us.

I was disappointed in a couple of things, the couch and chairs in living room were not comfortable, and the remote in second bedroom didn't work properly , couldn't change channels , and i could never get the one in living room to come on, but the one in master bedroom worked fine. We loved the balcony and the view was amazing!!

The view

Enjoyed our stay. The best part is being able to hear the ocean from your bed. Room is a little dated but clean. Elevator at the Property was the only thing that kept breaking but its only 3 floors so not a deal breaker. Overall good value.
